Horrible! Never got my order! Waited 4 weeks and NOTHING! When I message them, they don't ever give me a explanation... just Coronavirus BS! TRASHHHHHHH!
I ordered my item at the end of April. Since April 14th is says it was shipped and nothing. Was given a tracking number but nothing. They do reply to emails, but keep saying due to the coronavirus situation to expect delays. This is BS.
SCAM DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Only have a email to contact CS an its the same automated reply thats garbage $#*! this page
Got a tracking number couple weeks after I placed the order and the number does not work. They reply back with some corona virus excuse.
This place is a JOKE! Don't ever order from there! You won't get your product and the customer service is automated! I would give them no stars if it was an option
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. ITS A SCAMMMM... I placed an order 7 weeks ago got a tracking number that doesn't exist. Sent out at least 15 email and no response but an automatic answering systems. I also paid for the extra protection for the shipment that did NOT HELP. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE CAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS...
TERRIBLE! I paid $50 for a nail kit and accidentally put my address in wrong. I went to look for my order history and it didn't exist. The only reason I even know my order number is because I was smart enough to screenshot it. There is no documentation of my order besides my screenshot and the money clearly gone from my account. I tried reaching out to customer service which is only an automated email and didn't get a response. There was no confirmation email or receipt of purchase. You can't reach anyone and they aren't sending the products you paid for. I'm beyond upset.
I placed an order two months ago and I never received my package. They sent a fake Usps tracking number. My order has been in the same place since they sent me the tracking number. It's been four weeks since it "shipped" now. I contacted USPS three weeks after my order shipped. USPS said the company printed my shipping label, but never shipped the package. The customer service is automated. I can't get a hold of a real person.
