I ordered my gel nail kit several weeks ago. They have blamed covid-19 which is disgusting. They say their is a tracking number it does not work. I payed for fast delivery and hey ho guess what no product I'm tired of sending emails and only having a machine tell me to track my items omg how do I do that when it don't work, well ahoyyl your not getting away with my cash I want it back and I will get it back.
A month and a half still nothing... supposed to be 7 days... I keep sending emails and emails back to back and never got an answer. Dont buy from there
Had the tracking number but didn't work never again I wonder how to get my money back not impressed at all.
I ordered the poly gel nail kit early April I paid more for express shipping. I've contacted their customer service from then until now and it's always a automated message saying it's on the phone at but due to covid it's been delayed. It's May 21 now. I'm so disappointed with this company.
There's no way to contact them or get my money back the order never arrived it's been over aa month
I ordered in April a nail kit I got a tracking number but no product I have emailed them over 20 times and nothing they said go to net17 to track the order and nothing a tracking number doesn't exist I tried everything and even asked for a refund of my money due to they charged my account and then 2weeks later charged my account for another 20$ so I got charged twice I have now canceled my account due to this is a scam. What a shame, shame on these ppl that are scamming during this time we work hard for the little money we spend and then we whind up being scammed from a fake website I wish I would have looked up the website before ordering.
I ordered the nail kit. Never got a confirmation email. Been emailing som Amy lady and she says she can't help because my order is not in the system. The money was taken out of my account over a month ago.
I haven't received my order yet fake tracking number, what a disgrace. How can we get our money back? You thieves need to get caught.
Every thing every one saying is true. They giving out fake tracking numbers, changing there name and not responding to emails once u get the fake tracking number. Wishing I would have done my research I will be going after my money with my bank...
I ordered April 18 and I email them 3X asking why I didn't receive a tracking # or anything. The first time they asked me to be patient because of Covid-19. I waited a couple weeks and emailed again; they said they were inspecting everything leaving the warehouse so it's be a few days. The third email got me a tracking number - THAT DOESN'T WORK! I thought oh maybe It'll just show up one day even though the tracking is no good but from what I'm seeing here, I'm guessing it won't. By the way they changed their name to BIGSERENITY so it's the same company as AHOYYL. I spent $91 and now I got scammed!
Ordered the nail kit like everyone else, selected the USA warehouse. I received a tracking number 2 weeks later with a CHINA shipping tracking number... sooooo IDK what the heck is going on. They do not respond to emails and send automated emails after you send them one. I'm about to dispute this charge on my card... ridiculous

I ordered these nails almost 2 months ago. NO SHOW. Did receive email stating order was on the way. Still waiting. Asked for refund on 4/25 got nothing yet. They also go by the name Bigserenity.com. If you check your email it says to continue shopping and this web site pops up. Will continue to email them every day for response and update this review.
I placed my order one month ago and I still haven't received my order. Also, the tracking number that they sent me doesn't work as well! Smh! Very upset! Don't bother wasting your money!
Scam scam scam, mad I didn't read reviews before I ordered. Sent a fake tracking number for usps and I ordered 2 months ago almost. Sad I had hope I would get it at some point, you guys suck!
I ordered my nails back in April and have not received my order. They took my money but no product. DON'T ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT. IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Took my money and never even received a tracking number, hoping i can contact my bank. I saw this site off of facebook. So disappointed robbed me.
I also ordered a nail kit. I knew something wasn't right when I went back to track my item and log into my account. It said an account doesn't exist with this email. I have never heard of this site but it popped up on google and the price was cheaper than most. I wish I would have done my research first. SMH This is disappointing! Is there anything we can do?
Do not buy anything from this place. Horrible experience. They have my money and I have no product. These reviews are dead on. Total rip off.
Don't order this you will never get your order. I've ordered nails kits last week and I paid extra money for express delivery but I didn't get any email about my tracking number so yesterday i was sending an email they reply me today with fake tracking number. It's scam.
Please do not order from here! It's a scam site. I ordered my items a month ago and no update since. Money has been taken out my account though! Ive received one automated response to the first email sent blaming corona. They have not responded at all to the next 3 emails sent. I have reported them and trying to claim my money back through PayPal.
