I used the site to book hotels in the Philippines n 2012 2013 and now and 2015 everything went through good when I arrived in the Philippines to see my Wife, unlike another site are used to book hotels in 2012 & 2013 in Hong Kong ( before traveling home to the Philippines) when we arrived at the hotel they did not have a room for us we had to wait or search for another hotel.
When traveling I will always use Agoda.com.

Agoda was referred to us by a well travelled friend. From the moment we began using its services till now, we have nothing to fault about them. In 2011, we booked flights and accommodation to Japan just prior to the tsunami disaster that struck. We liaised with Agoda staff who handled our change in travel plans with such goodwill and professionalism. They made everything so easy. We felt valued and supported. Haven't had the inclination to book with anyone else since!

I am able to search and find the hotel that I want in short period of time. The information provided are sufficient for me to make decision.
One thing that can improve is to also provide the contact info of the selected hotel / website of the hotel itself as it is convenient to find out more about the selected hotel
We have been using Agoda for the last 15 years for virtually our hotel bookings. As regular customers, we found it so easy to make all our bookings with the key information saved and recalled immediately when we put in our Id and pasword.
Above all, when we run into a problem and need to make changes, due unexpected disruptions of our original plans and booking made, we founded the Agoda staff to be helpful and accommodating.

I wished to book a holiday at Goa and Agoda was recommended by a friend to me. On checking this website i was amazed to see teh rates being offered. It beats any other similar website hands down. I checked with the hotel reservations adn even they were quoting an additional of 2200 per night on the booking. Just loved the entire experience of using the site. Will be using it more often for sure.
I almost using this site every weekto booked as a means of booking a hotel, but now I think to try other booking online is because the book no longer give reward points for every booking...
I have confirmed to the CS, and they explained that they stop point rewards program in which active members in april 2014 but still give a point rewards to those who become members before.
I feel this is very unfair because we are all the same customers who is not ethical for differentiated

Every year is my homecoming since 2000 I am Agoda's customer finding hotel to stay, since then all the hotels I booked with them is excellent except for one located in Makati will never stay there. All my close friends use Agoda whenever they need hotel to stay home.
A very easy way to book hotels always use when in thailand
I just made a booking and received a phone call immediately to confirm my booking, I'm impressed :)
Hotel booking facility through Agoda is easy and saves time. The process will be much easier if we have a registered account with Agoda. Booking confirmation and payment process is simple and fast. Thumbs up.
I recommend agoda instead of others like booking.com which charges too much for same hotels with same facility provided. I found it to be worth money saving
Most of the time I book from my Ipad mostly at the last moment. My credit card is registered. Very easy. Also price is best. Very clear and transparent deal.

Answer: I don't bother making lists just search for where I am going and select the best deal for at least 1 mth before its needed and keep track of prices

Answer: For me as well very bad experience with this site. The administrator failed to confirm my booking in the evening, claiming they could not see it in their system and stating that the reserved room was unavailable, despite all the correct booking information being provided. Instead, they offered me a different room. At 10 PM on December 31st, traveling with a child, I had no choice but to agree and pay again for the alternative room. I immediately reported the issue to Agoda for assistance. The room we were given was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and mold was visible. It was nowhere near the standard described in the booking. The following morning, a different administrator located my original booking and refunded the payment for the additional room. However, they falsely claimed that I had stayed in the room I originally booked. This is not true—the room I stayed in differed significantly from the description and photos provided at the time of booking. Despite providing all necessary evidence, Agoda has refused to support my complaint, stating that the hotel confirmed my booking, which does not address the poor service, the forced additional payment, or the unacceptable condition of the room. This experience demonstrates an appalling lack of customer care from both the hotel and Agoda. As a customer, I feel my rights were ignored, and no proper resolution was provided. I expect Agoda to take accountability and address this issue properly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Answer: Well, you probably need to call the customer service online or send them email from Agoda to get a reply. I feel that it was in vain to look for any help or compensation once your reservation has been done. Even the you overlooked some tricky information, Agoda will completely ignore what you said and push the blame to the hotel/property or the users. That is how I feel after trying so sort our the issue. Once a mistake is made, we probably can only eat it. Never expect they will admit any misinformation on line.
