I was VERY nervous about placing this order. The reviews were mixed on some sites but it was the look that I wanted... so I measured like 5 times! I was very careful in making my selections and filling out the custom order form. I asked for a ton of samples and settled on the L shaped booth, teal back and gun metal gray base with metal feet. There was a slight delay in the delivery - but all things COVID considered, it was not significant. The packaging was nothing short of TERRIFIC. Like top notch, not a single mark on the piece from shipping. I mean, seriously it was MINT! My husband and I both LOVE the booth and the small round table. It has made our breakfast nook the hot spot to be. (fighting for the space with my college aged daughters) I am just a regular homeowner - but the booth and the table are absolutely perfect and we are so glad we took the plunge and made the purchase.
After my experience with this place I will only buy now from Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair. I don't consider any other on line seller. I got my item but it was pins and needles all the way. I ended up chasing the delivery van down the road after they left my road because they had no lift to deliver it with. My husband and son lifted it off the truck. Delivery company with whom affordable seating probably owns, then took advantage of my credit card to help themselves to white glove extra service that never took place. Sad but they ruin it for legit companies. I lost dispute with my bank. They really are very dishonest and if you read the good reviews you can tell they are staged. Also the booth I got the wood where you legs touch when you stand up we're not sanded or smooth. Got some really nasty cuts. If I were a retailer I would get sued.
I order 25k worth of booths, paid them upfront and 1/3 of the booths came completely damaged and I had to pay to repair them. They offered to put in a claim with the shipping company and it has been 5 months and they have changed their story 4-5 times on what is going on. When I finally called the shipping company directly they said they started a claim but never provided any paperwork. When I email affordable seating they still tell me the check is on the way. They actually said they are waiting on USPS for the check. It is almost comical that they are still in business. If I would have read the horrible ratings before I ordered I would have avoided them. You should too!
I was having difficulty finding the chairs that fit the design of the other furniture, so I reached out before ordering. Juliana was very nice and helped me find what I needed for my Indian restaurant.

I am also in the group of "wish to hell I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering". Wrong table tops, missing pieces, cluster f**k of a delivery. Customer service is an absolute joke! You'd have better luck and more fun with an IRS audit. $24,000 spent and all I get for assistance with the mistakes and missing parts is pound sand. This is not a company, it's a mafia racket posing as a manufacturer. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all possible cost!
We verified that the customer received what they ordered per the images they sent. The customer was comparing the tables to another type of tables from a different manufacturer. Furthermore, the customer emailed us pictures of products from different manufacturers.
Our intention was to pick up the tables and offer the customer a credit to choose a different table but the customer assembled the products and currently using them.
There is a current docksearch occurring on the customer's missing pallet. Once we have an answer from the carrier, we will be able to move forward.
Bad service never return calls and responds.
I order boots, came damage and no refund?
It's been over 1 year, that how they do business.
More than a thousand dollars worth of order delivered in a winter holiday which was damaged. Their response "it's not our responsibility". They wan us to pursue the shipping company. Total dissatisfaction. We are stuck with unusable benches we ordered. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.
I ordered a custom booth in mid May 21. No word from them. In mid June I reached out and it was clear something was wrong. They followed up with an email. It said it was supposed to ship by June 10. This date had already passed. So I asked again for an update. I received nothing in response. My order arrived in August. But only one piece of 2 arrived and it was damaged. It took two weeks for them to find the other piece. Someone decided that when they found it 75 miles from us, they needed to ship it 500 miles north. Then back to 75 miles away. It then took over a week for it to be shipped to me. So our booth was finally complete mid August. Fortunately the damage is not visible. This company absolutely sucks. I even reached out to the CEO and received no response. Crappy companies are often that way from the top down. This is definitely one.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy restaurant furniture to continue looking outside of this company. My experience has been a disaster so far. I placed an order on February 28th for new table tops for a restaurant I am opening- the website guaranteed delivery in 3-4 weeks and items were all listed "in stock". I never received anything indicating my order was delayed and every time I call the customer service line the agent just tells me that they are unable to confirm my order status or when it will be shipped. There was no delay in taking my money for the items I have not received. My restaurant is ready to open... just one problem I have NO TABLES!
SHOULD AVOID this company, if you need furniture in time or if you want to get the right refund for bad products. Here's what happened to me:
(5/20/2020) I ordered 19 tables for my restaurant, which was said in stock
(Late July, 2020) Tables arrived after months of delay. It was realized that they had not been in stock - Lie
(10/13/2020) Filed a complaint about a round table which had a bad case of warping.
AffordableSeating offered me a refund for the table.
(1/6/2021) Refund check was received, however with the wrong amount. $109 as opposed to $508.
Contacted for the correct amount.

Customer Service in AffordableSeating said, "I am sorry about this mistake, I will have the correct amount mailed to you."
As of 4/1/2021
No action since then, even though I contacted them several times to get the update for the refund check. Every time for more than two months. I got the same responses. "It is being processed by accounting department. Customer Service cannot do anything. Custmers are not supposed to talk to them. Customers can only wait. No expected date."

I renovated my bar in Welland, Ontario. I purchased booths and they were custom made to my exact size requirement. The booth backs were made higher for more privacy. They were custom made, and shipped to my door for a lot less money than I could find in
Canada. The quality and workmanship was excellent! As well, I purchase bar stools at a far better price than anywhere else. It has been one year now since and everything has held up perfectly. I am expanding my bar and I am not even shopping around, I am simply placing my order. And I almost forgot to mention, the service is outstanding! My service reps name was David. I hope he is still their.
I loved how easy it was to navigate the site. It took me only a few short clicks to find the items I was looking for and the shopping experience was easy and quick too.
The graphics are a little bland and basic but it gets the job done and the pictures for the items look good so its ok.
As for the items and the service, those are good too. So overall I am very pleased with my experience with the site and the company.

The order was damaged in transit by the carrier. When the order was delivered months ago we offered you to pick up the damaged goods and fix them for you. You went ahead and fixed the items yourself and currently using the products in your restaurants.
You filed a dispute with your credit card company and lost. We did file the claim as we indicated but the carrier didn’t provide a final decision yet. We are in the business of selling furniture and keeping our customers happy. Why would we file the claim with the carrier and not notify you? I simply think there is a misunderstanding here. Once the carrier rules we will send you the check as told you previously.
