I worked with Eric and he was very responsive, on top of quality customer service they also have competitive pricing. There was some minor cosmetic damage during shipping that was done by the shipping company and Eric was very helpful with the situation. 5 stars from me, would buy from here again.

Can overstate how helpful their support agents are. I couldn't figure out how tracking works and they kept me updated the entire time manually with emails after I phoned them up only once. I knew where my order was the entire time. Bought some nice modern styled chairs and tables and metal frame bar stools. Delivery was reasonable, 3 weeks.

Bought 12 white metal chiavari chairs on their website. Delivery time was perfect, 5 days only. The order was handled the same day and we got a confirmation and tracking info. Very happy customer. Looking for a new table, and more chairs. Thanks for an awesome service

So, we got some cool wooden tables and chairs from Affordable Seating for our cafe. Handling the order tracking was realyl easy. They recommended stackable chairs that are perfect for surprise guests we often have during rush hours and when we need more seating space. The team at Affordable Seating is quick and on point from sales to delivery. Delivery took 10 days more than what we were expecting based on our order date but that was tolerable.

I bought 4 wooden chairs and a very nice designer wooden table. Delivery was late 10+ days. The furniture arrived well packaged and assembly was easy. The quality is excellent and I hope the delivery time will be faster for our patio furniture order soon.

This order was precisely as stated and turned out beautifully! The booths, in particular, are well-crafted with plush and comfy cushions. The wood stools and seats are also quite attractive and seem to be very durable.

Our recent order from Affordable Seating turned out to be a real gem! However the customer service during the delivery tracking process left us a little frustrated. Thankfully, the furniture arrived in excellent condition, but the communication could use some improvement. Overall, we had a positive experience.

I paid over $23,000 for chairs from this company. Where to start, chairs took over 3 months to arrive, they never had the fabric that is shown on the website, so we had to buy elsewhere and have it shipped. An additional cost... Finally the chairs come...wrong size 17" wide not 22"inches wide, vinyl was completely different than what was on the site. Email, call, email, call...got me nowhere. We had waited to unpack the chairs because they were NOT what we ordered. After getting several emails from Eric, we are basically scr...ed. So we start to unpack, dents, scratches, terrible pack job... The only saving grace is the rest of our properties will not be ordering from Affordable Seating, you shouldn't either!

This company is nothing short of exceptional. The sales agents provided excellent customer service guiding us through the entire ordering process and making sure bought what need. The chairs are sturdy, the tables are solid and the overall design is both contemporary and functional.
