I was lured into using this site by great prices and good customer service on the front end. After two months of waiting I still do not have the products I ordered and no one can tell me when I can expect them. Erick the customer service manager is the most ineffective person I have ever spoken to. All he could tell me was to send an email because he can not provide information over the phone. He is not pleasant and not helpful. No one there is and every time you ask a question the answer is you will have to wait at least 2 days for a response. I will never make this mistake again.

This company has excellent customer service! We value Eric's assistance over the phone in selecting colors and materials for the chairs we purchased (to complement the style of our current tables). Overall, a fantastic furniture company to work with, and we will be back.

I placed an order for a chair. It came with the legs attached extremely unevenly, leaving them wide open to fill with debris. I contacted Affordable Seating and they were apologetic for the manufacturer defect and said I would be refunded and returning the chair was not necessary. I waited, no refund. I reached out and began corresponding with Eric, he says they offer no refunds because I bought a single chair and it is typical for single items to be damaged in shipping… what does that even mean?
These folks do not stick to their policies or their word.
I do mot recommend doing business with them.

Exceptional salespeople and high-quality restaurant furniture. The purchasing process is very straightforward and the delivery is always within a reasonable time considering all of the problems current problems with manufacturing, and someone always calls to arrange a time and date that worked for me.

The delivery time was not acceptable. Eric from support assisted me in tracking the order, however it still took more than 10 days longer than the scheduled delivery date.

Excellent service, the tables and chairs are gorgeous, and they arrived earlier than expected! They were packaged with enough of protection to prevent damages and came right on schedule.

We had a problem with our order. The quantity was not correct, but the customer support team did an excellent job of fixing it. We have waited a few days for them to call back and let us know about the delivery date. Took 2 weeks longer but the overall buying experience is good. They were extremely professional and courteous.

These tables began falling apart after 30 days. Extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the table and chairs. I DO NOT recommend ever buying from Affordable Seating unless you seek inferior products.
