Your products and prices are great but your customer service on live help realy sucks he was very rude & short with me. You may want to record all messages and find your weak link. You have great products at good prices you do need to improve your emails as I only received 1 email for two orders so I had to go to your site to see if the second order went thru.
I have ordered many items rom adventure, so I was disappointed when my vents arrived, the edges on each vent are bent. They were packed very badly, and it looks like they were dropped. I can still use them, its not worth returning them. It would be nice to get a discount on them however. I can take pictures of them if necessary.
I'll make my full opinion after I have received the product. Shopping was easy~
