The box used to ship my order seemed to be older and the tape failed. There was also a hole in the box from handling along the way. One of my $0.99 awning stakes made an escape. Everything else was fine.

I have bought several items and have always been satisfied.
Ordering was simple and went well. However, I never did receive an email confirmation of shipping or a tracking number, which is very helpful to me since I live out in the boondocks and sometimes UPS will not deliver to me because of access problems with a lot of dirt road. So, sometimes I have to pick up my package at the closest town, which is over an hour away! So tracking number would have been very helpful in determining when to expect the package and if I was going to have to pick it up myself. But, everything worked out okay...they delivered it, we installed it and all is well. Thank you,
