When buying products online, sometimes pics are misleading, I'd like to see more measurements on the product details. The details are lacking.

The vent cover I emailed about also did not have the measurements. Luckily your item number correlated to the part and I found the measurements on another website. But the other item is just too small, and the Pics are misleading.

I am somewhat unhappy with your lack of product info provided. Your site depicts product which is not included. I sent an email and was told "If it were included it would say so." I still disagree, anything not included should not be pictured as part of the unit, or it should clearly state what is NOT included.
