The product is a snap up hook, BUT it is not the one pictured in the advertisement. There are no square carriage bolt holes on the one I received. I guess no one has the ones that are pictured because this is the 3rd company I've tried ordering from and all sent the same one. I guess I will have to just modify it. You really should update your images and your staff for I chatted with an associate and they assured me that it would be the same as pictured
