It would be a better shopping experience if you provided the buyer additional information on the items. For my purchase, there was only one photo of the aluminimum window insulation on the winshield of the car. Does not tell me anything about the product or what I am buying. There should be a photo of the item as it will look when I receive it. Poor marketing.

I find your site to be easy to navigate thru and arranged very well. I wish you would separate the light bulbs from actual lights in the electrical tab. I recieved my order and im guessing that your descriptions of products are not as accurate as i had hoped. Its my fault I should stop shopping online.

Outstanding dilivery and price
Your customer service rep is very helpful and pleasant! The transaction went smoothly with ordering. The shipping was quick, although until the day of delivery, it was impossible to tell it had even left the warehouse yet. There were 2-3/4" nuts missing that held on the Airbags, which prompted a 28 mile roundtrip to the local Auto parts store to be able to complete the project. Was not happy having to stop in the middle of the application to have to clean up and run to town to be able continue completion of the installation. I am sure you would have sent them, but by the time they would have arrived, I would have had my vehicle out of service for too long. Once I had purchased those nuts, I was able to complete the application and am very happy with the end results.
