Little hard to search for parts
Easy to find out shipping charges before purchasing. Reasonable shipping charges, however shipping did take 7 business days (10 days total).
We've always had very good experiences when ordering items from adventure rv. Easy checkout, fast shipping, and items have been nicely packaged. I'd recommend adventure rv to anyone looking for anything RV.

I have just purchased the Empire SR-10T and will do a follow-up after item has been received.
Item was received quickly. The heater did come with a bad thermocouple and the pilot would not stay lit. I know that Empire would have replaced it for free but, I just ordered another one online at Northern Propane {Great Quick Service} for $**.**. Installed it and now it works great.

Because of the size of the order AdventureRV called to confirm. However, we did not get their message until the next day. We had paid for expedited shipping in order to receive the products before the weekend but that didn't happen because of the delay. While we understand the theory behind the confirmation as being a security measure it did ruin our plans for the weekend. If nothing else we feel they should refund the extra shipping cost.
The refrigerator crisper that I purchased arrived within a few days and was an exact replacement for the one we ruined. It seemed a little pricy for a plastic container but was cheaper than other websites. I was completely satisfied with the service and would use them again.
