Great experience so far. One of few companies with available replacement parts for my RV. Replacement tank arrived much sooner than I anticipated. Exactly what I ordered and in great condition. Definitely a great resource for parts
I was blown away by every aspect of using adventurerv.net. The range of products they have is great, and the prices are the best that I found, by a long shot. My products arrived a whole week before I expected. I was so thrilled with using this company!
Initial delivery was Saturday. FedEx wound up at our UPS store at 4:30 pm. The local UPS store closes on Saturday at 2:30 pm. Amazed FedEx did not know this. Delivery was Tuesday instead. Adventure.net did a great job, but FedEx did not. Please consider UPS in the future.

Price was excellent, but the product description was vague. A better description would have been nice.

I was not, nor am I now computer literate, and the first time I ordered something from adventurerv.net, I accidentally paid twice for the order twice. I noticed the error the next day,and asked for a refund of the overpayment. They replied that day, and reversed the overpayment. I found them much more prompt than most companies, and I guess that is why I am still dealing with them.
You have a great selection of products. The site was easy to navigate and find the items I was shopping for. The towbar was shipped by FedEx. The cardboard shipping box had been punctured through from the inside by the towbar. There were holes on one side and one end of the box. The towbar was OK with only minimal rubbing marks from bouncing around inside the box during shipping. There should have been styrofoam formed blocks or something to keep the towbar from moving during shipment since it is heavy.
