The first order was incorrect. I am expecting great success this time around.
Nice web site, easy to find stuff. Everything good so far - I'll reserve final judgement for when I get the order. Had a little delivery issue with Fedex but not this site's fault, got some help after a little prodding so all OK now. I am happy and will probably use them again.

I went back to my ordeer to try to eliminate the shipping insurance, but your system would not allow me to do so.
The box that the Jack Foot came in was ripped open in three places, however it appears as though everything is there.

You took the time to do a price update/match with the manufacturer, saving me money. It was done quickly. You gave me the matched price. Thanks for taking the extra step in customer service. The shipping was not as smooth.
I was unable to track my order at first. A calendar week went by without my package, so I contacted Adv.rv to let them know that I still had not received my order. They got back with me the next day and let me know that they were researching it. They let me know that FedX found my package. Once FedX found my package, things started moving as they should and I was able to see what city my package was in until it arrived. I ordered on a Wednesday and it was Friday of the following week before my package arrived.
