I needed to replace the ceiling grille on my rear ac as well as the filter elements. adventurerv.net had it all, good price and the delivery was so fast I was surprised! Definitely will deal with them again!

Would be nice to be able to converse with someone who can answer your questions, such as shipping by truck, where do you ship to? Your man could not answer this, I'm just hoping for the best, at this point I don't know where the order will go.

They were great

They took my order, charged my credit card and sent me a tracking #. I asked about the order and they said it was back ordered. I asked how I was going to be compensated for the bait and switch and then canceled my order. So many other awesome etailers out there why do business with these jerks... never again.

Our order never came. Adventure said it was delivered, but video says it wasn't. USPS does not have record of delivery just a label created. I wouldn't ever order from them again. Wasted money trying to do the most good. You can't talk to anyone and they only communicate by chat or email after they collect your money. Might be a scandal or ponzi scheme. DON'T ORDER!

This was my first order with Adventurerv and I assure you it won't be the last! This company had a rare furnace item at a more than reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience from start to finish.

Fast delivery time. The product was in original packaging with no damages.

My only complaint is that product packaging was used for shipping rather than using another box over it or some kind of wrap. The box was in rough shape when I received it. One area of it was ripped open and it is a good thing there weren't any loose components to it or they would have been lost.

They screwed up my shipping address, and refused to help me make it correct. There is no person to talk to on the phone, and fedex will not allow me to change the address because adventure TV as a restriction on there account that only four people can change it. I shop have shopped locally instead of this company. I will not use them again.
