The product appears to be exactly what I need, but I haven't had an opportunity to put it to use yet. The company was very easy to work with and item was received within time limits I chose when choosing shipping options.
Took a liitle longer to process the order. I recieved an email asking me to confirm that I received the order.
A day before I recieved a tracking label. I kept checking the tracking number and it just sat at the warehouse. I reached out by email asking what was going on and then got another email confirming again my order was processed with another tracking number. Finally received the product but it took a month.
Ordered and shipped in the same day. Great doing business with a local company that comes through for the customer.

Product delivered as expected. No issues at all with the supplier.
The replacement door latch did not completely match the existing old latch of my refrigerator. The catch of the latch was slightly higher than the existing old latch, thus I ether have to lower and re-drill the holes for the new latch by 1/8" or I have to lower the existing metal catch by 1/8" and re-drill the holes for that unit for the latch to line up correctly.
The price was good, the shipping was faster than we expected, and you can always rely on Thetford quality.
I was a little dismayed at shipping and handling cost, higher than I expected for standard.
