Great
Don't like the little traps that you have to notice to avoid such as shipping insurance and donate to some charity. But, the shipment arrived sooner than expected and the it was the correct product that worked as advertised.
Price was competitive with other online retailers and with shipping was about the same as Camping World if I went and picked one up. Received the oversized item THE NEXT DAY. How cool is that. I guess it helped that the warehouse was located in GA but I did not know that when I ordered.
Anyway, this is the secont time I have ordered from the website and will be back again if I need anything else.
When placing the order there was no description of the finish (color). The picture appeared to show a brass or gold tone, however when it arrived it was a Satan Nickel finish. When I contacted the company I received an RMA to return it. I ask them about similar product to determine if it was brass or gold finished. There instructions were to contact the Mfg to determine that information which I did. It would help greatly if adventure.net site had a bit of information about the product instead of just showing a picture.

We stay in an Airstream campground in TN where one of our "neighbors" lost use of his water heater. We ordered him a new one through you, and he requested 3-day delivery. I realized after finalizing order that the wall switch does not come with the WH unit. Our WiFi was down that evening, so I ordered it the next morning. It, too, was 3-day shipping. Both orders arrived the very next day in good condition, and by the following day, he and his wife were enjoying hot water once again.

Best prices I've found, however received the product in a used condition. It looks lightly used and I haven't installed it yet, but when I do I'm hoping it works. Kinda disappointed.
