I originally had a question about shipping seeing as we do not get mail delivered to the house. According to the shipping FAQ's I was supposed to use an address where I get my mail so I had to put in my PO Box which I know sometimes packages can't be delivered there depending on the company used. I had wanted to call and talk with an actual person but my only option was to send a message and wait for a reply. It was during business hours back east but the instant message windown indicated no one was online. So I placed my order hoping all would work out. As it was FedEx tried to deliver the package to my Po Box and luckily the PO gave them my physical address so the package ended up being delivered to the house. The process time from order to shipping was super fast and the price I paid was better (even with shipping costs) than driving to Camping World and buying the same product. I will definitely use this company again, especially now that I know they will ship straight to the house.

The product delivery time was excellent, however the condition of the product was very disappointing! The roof coating can was bent in every possible way, I am supprised the container was holding liquid. This was not a shipper issue, because the shipping box was not damaged, indicating the product was damaged in this condition prior to leaving your facility. This incident will cast serious doubt about ordering in the future from this vendor.
