I ordered a $850 fridge to be delivered via a freight co. ($130 freight charge). I did not receive any further communications from either adventurerv or the freight company until I requested an update from adventurerv 10 days later. I had to open a "ticket" on their website and await a response. One day later I received a short email with a tracking number and the freight company's phone number. I called, and the fridge had been on their dock for a few days awaiting a call from me to set an appt. What?! I set an appt. For the following day. Late the following day (no delivery) I called the freight company only to be informed that our delivery for the day had been canceled. What?! After another week of this BS, I finally have it, although it was delivered by a rather surly driver. Item is as described, but it was H*ll getting it here. Your mileage may vary. My mileage will go elsewhere.

My order arrived in 2 shipments which was ok but not disclosed at time of purchase so it left me wondering after first pkg arrived (in the age of free emails I find this a bit inattentive. The second box arrived broken open with parts hanging out-with no parts list enclosed Im not sure if everything included got to my house? Did it? A bit more packaging or even a bit more tape could have made this arrival better. Sad if 20 cents of tape could cost you a repeat customer?

Im still happy with my purchase from you but would expect just a bit more service from the big players if you are one. I still thank you for my items and may return again.

Great so far! When Our Product (Hot Water Heater) arrived and we opened the box, we found that it had been dropped sometime, either at warehouse or during shipping. Damaged the housing and loose screws in the box. Don't really know off internal damage. Also missing a switch plate. We contacted customer service via website on Sat. Sept 6th and received email today, Sept. 8th, stating that another water heater was being shipped out to us and return tag ordered for the damaged one. So we are very satisfied with the service so far.

Shopping experience: Far too many pop up screens and no error message when the promo card didn't' work. Setting donations to automatically opt-in is not good business practice IMO.

Post Delivery: I was a bit confused by the packaging of the water pump. It was in an unmarked box that was clearly too small for the pump (Covered 1/2 of the pump), in a USPS envelope with the directions, parts and a catalog. But the water pump leaked in transit (most likely leftover water from factory QA testing) so everything was wet when it arrived. That had to be the strangest way I have ever seen a NEW product shipped. Basically it was NOT in the box from the manufacture, wet and not protected from the shipping processes.
