I was not able to make corrections easily when I got to the "order confirm" screen and was not invited to update my password. As for the order, it was what I expected.

Had what I needed at a good price. Received products in a timely manner and as promised.

Shipped slower than needed. Most items were good quality but a couple were not.

This is my 3rd order from AdventureRV, and both times previous I saved significantly. Web site is fairly easy to navigate, but it would be more convenient if I could select 3 or 4 products to compare side-by-side. Shipping isn't cheap, but even after that, I still save compared to buying local.

Awesome pricing paint was already starting to flake off of my brand new product the way they shipped it I selected 3 day shipping and it took 5 days

At work so must be quick. Products were cheapest on the web, came quickly, and exactly what we needed. Only complaint I have is I was trying to see the difference between models and one mentioned "switch not included." No clue what "switch" is needed nor a link to the product. They need to address that.

So far I've been happy with the pricing and response time from AdventureRV. My only complaint is that I'm not able to find all the items I need on this site so I have to make a second order to another company.

Timeline on estimated shipping date would be very helpful

Only concern about order was that unbeknowns to me pre delivery, washer came from a warehouse 5 min from my shop in Rock Hill and shipping was almost $200. We actually do work for the facility next door, Kinder. I would have liked to been given the option of pick up or a much more reasonable delivery fee. Hope you can look into this. Jim O'Connor
