The thermostat I received *******.000 didn't work, it kept flashing E1 and E4 then it turned off and wouldn't come back on. I called for help and was told I would have to take it to a repair shop but the closest one is in SC or VA. Why can't I just send it back to y'all and get a replacement?

The package arrived with the box crushed in on one side however the contents were not damaged, otherwise I had a good overall experience.
