I ordered a Dometic Microwave Convection oven from Adventurerv.net and paid for express order processing.
Great Prices - Cheapest on the internet by at least 10% and almost $400 cheaper than from a stix 'n brix RV dealer.
The downside was the delivery and status updates from customer service. I waited 4 days to inquire about a tracking number. I was told the item had not shipped and would not ship until the following afternoon from the manufacturer. Dometic is located in Elkhart, IN, and they had a lot of snow, so I figured another week since it was being shipped by truck (ground freight). I received a tracking number the next day with a delivery date. The item was shipped from a warehouse in Orlando, FL, 40 miles away, but the trucking company wanted five more days to deliver it, so I elected to pick the item up from the trucking terminal.
Adventurerv.net needs to do a better job keeping their customers informed of the status of shipments.
In the future, I'll consider paying a bit more if I can stay informed of the status of my order in a timely manner.
And... They did refund the express processing fee.

I have some concerns about the product because it arrived in a box that obviously had been torn open and taped back. This leads be to suspect that the item had been returned by a previous customer. If so, why was it returned? Was it faulty?
It will be some time before I have the opportunity to install and test it. So I am concerned that by the time I discover any defect it may be too late to exchange it.

Site was very easy to navigate
I was unsure about the power converter as it was not in it's own box. It had packaging material on the ends but it was not in a box. The converter was in a larger box with a 30 amp cord, a domestic heating element that was in its own domestic box, and a Park Power Easy Lock Inlet that was in it's own packaging.
All is good except there is not an instruction manual included. I will give you a call for assistance if needed. Thanks, Jim.
