The Adventurerv site was laid out nicely with a large selection of name brand items to choose from. The prices were very reasonable, shipping was fast and items were packaged well. Very happy I found Adventurerv on line and will no doubt use them again.

The adventurerv.net WEB site was very well done, easy to use, the product is exactly what I wanted, the quality was exactly what I wanted, I normally prefer to shop at one of the many local RV stores so that I can see the quality before purchasing, I will now be a return customer. The delivery was amazingly fast.
I ordered the wrong item. Email customer service was very helpful and timely with instructions on how to send the wrong item back and obtain the correct one. I was granted an exception to the policy for returning an expensive electrical item--but think the company should reconsider the blanket exclusion for returns on all electrical items, provided they are not used. I knew I had messed up when I opened the box and promptly returned the item to the box. Then contacted via email. A phone number would have been more helpful.

Answer: Shady goings on regarding Credit cards. They ran mine weeks after I was on their site, totally caught me by surprise. I had abandoned an attempt to purchase an item from them as I could not contact anyone, eventual email response was so unprofessional that I KNEW it must be a ripoff. So I went elsewhere. Then a surprise charge on my ccard for nearly $900. I found that they have YEARS of VERY negative reviews about customers service, wrong parts, looooong ship times... AND they treat EVERYONE horribly! You've been warned, wish I was! Doug Z
Answer: Best price for the product I needed. Also they supposedly could get it to me as fast as the competition. But that was not the case.
