Quick and painless.

The worst thing is that I remember something that I should have ordered when the items get here and I got to store or put them on. Totally my fault but I love your store, price, availability and speed of shipping.

Although I received all items quickly, the box was very badly crushed by UPS (A usual problem with UPS, in my experience!). Adventure RV packing may be 'automated, but was very poorly done, causing a crushed box. I ALMOST returned it, fearing damage of the goods inside. Learn how to pack a box!

The delivery time was with the USPS. THE PACKAGE WAS TO COME TO MISSISSIPPI FROM TENNESSEE, WHEN I CHECKED A WEEK AND A HALF AFTER ORDERING, MY PACKAGE WAS IN SALT LAKE CITY UTAH...

I was completely satisfied with the products I received and the price was within my budget I will shop on line again.

The price was great, the a/c unit was slightly damaged with a broken shroud and the frame was bent, I was able to install it and it seems to be working. Perhaps the fed x driver damaged it, I didn't feel like returning it so it'll do.

Return policy is harsh, compared to others. Plus, it will be quite some time before we know if it works properly. It is winter here.
