A little frustration finding delivery dates until i made an account. That should be mentioned during the checkout process PRIOR to making an account.

Received very quickly--faster than expected. The box has not been opened yet, since it's to be installed by the RV dealer at which we will be picking up our new trailer. Can't rate the product at this time, since I haven't used it yet.

Shipping price great. The item was advertised to be an exact replacement for the CCI gas detector and fit in the same place. It wasn't. Completely different shape and dement ions. Feel that it is not advertised correctly but I was leaving on my trip the next day and couldn't return it. I installed it and it works but now I will have to build a different type of mounting assembly.
