The tow bar was delivered on time with all parts that I need.

Random choice on the internet based on ease of web page and availability of product, great outcome. Only suggestion, and I may have missed it, would be to provide the customer at the time of purchase when the product would ship, and an estimated arrival time. Thanks, Jim Gould

The item i received was broken, missing parts and gauged and dinged up. I was satisfied with the delivery time, however everything else was a disappointment. They only offer email support, You are unable to speak to a person directly and that in itself is less than satisfactory

I always have trouble with trying to figure out shipping. AS NO MAIL goes to my hone address, so this time I am shipping the order to my post office, they said they accept ups & fedex.
