I reported a programming error in their online order processing thread which keep me from seeing the order confirmation screen after requiring me to select my payment method (PayPal). This kept me from selecting the faster shipping I desired. I emailed this problem to them and they responded by requesting the warehouse to ship my order with the faster shipping at no increase in price over the slower shipping. I received the shipment on the faster schedule. They also said they would contact their IT dept. and request the problem be corrected.
To whom it may concern,
I received my package yesterday and the short hose is bent.
What do I need to do to see about getting a replacement? Mine is kinked so bad water will not hardly go thru it.

More info on item ordered such as dimensions/BTU etc would have been nice
Items as ordered were scratch and dent items. One was missing the screw to attach burner assembly as well as the two pins to hold grill onto frame. On the other the brackets that connect the lid are missing the rivets present on the other and of the 5 spot welds on each side attaching the brackets, 3 are broken on each side making the lid somewhat fragile. I will make the repairs necessary myself and purchase missing parts locally.
