Ad on website was misleading... picture of product that was not the one sent. Price was excellent, delivery time was excellent, one part was broken in shipping we will see about replacement.

The lowest price and fast shipping.

I don't like the added $.99 for shipping insurance, but the finding/ordering experience was painless. This insurance might be a show stopper in the future.

Had to do some minor modifications to make to door handle work, but since the older style wasn't available it worked as designed. Even better than the old design.

So far so good, hoping to use again. The windshield tow cover could have been a bit heavier material, but the tie down straps will definitely do the trick. Usage will be the proof.

I did not like to have to pay for the shipping insurance, that should have been the sellers cost to insure it got to me. After all, I don't get a choice on who the insurance is with, or if it really is on the package. Don't get me wrong, I like your products and pricing, just not happy with the insurance stuff.
