Check out is a little confusing. However I got what I ordered quickly. Great service and I won't hesitate to shop here again.
The only complaint I have is the incorrect shipping information so I couldn't track the order. I was given a 'FedEx' tracking number that wouldn't work on their site. It was actually shipped USPS.

Good products but shipping costs are very high.
The air conditioner was dented some I assume from shipping. I have contacted Fedex and made a complaint because the delivery guy left the air conditioner and ceiling assembly sitting in my gravel driveway. I have a front porch that it should have been left on.
