Great and fast delivery.
Shipping and handling charges were as much as the item ordered. It made it not so economical. Would try to find similar items locally before pay that S&H again.

Easy to find what I want and reasonable price
Pricing and products were great. Only thing bad I would have to say is that it took 4 days for the order to leave the warehouse, I thought that was a little ridiculous, I'm guessing that's so you pay for the expedited shipping. Overall I was pleased with the company.

It was very easy.The items I ordered were delivered to me fast. No problems.
The trucking company was 6 days late delivering the awning after they called to make an appointment. I had made arrangements to have a crew install it the day after it was originally supposed to have been delivered. They didn't contact me until the day after the initial delivery to inform me that it hadn't been delivered (I already knew that) and blamed the driver as "not wanting to drive to make the delivery". I asked to speak to the Operations Manager whom they said was busy but would call me back directly. He never did. When I contacted them about the missed delivery they said the next available date was Monday. They failed to deliver it on Monday as well. When I contacted Adventure RV about it I got no assistance in resolving the problem. I finally received the awning a week after the initial delivery date. I paid for delivery from 3-5 days and didn't receive it. Because of the attitude of the trucking company and the lack of assistance received from Adventure RV I am not sure I would purchase anything else that requires this type of delivery.
