Every thing is fine except the propane 90 won't fit.

It is an easier site to do business with than most internet stores. I probably won't open the package until next spring. There is no sense to put it in and then store the rv.

I haven't installed the heating element yet, but I received it in a timely manner and the price was reasonable compared to other sites.

The item sent was an open box item, however it was not listed as open box on the website description. There should be full disclosure of any item that is offered as an open box. I know you would want the same if you were the customer.

Fast and easy

I give the product 5 stars. However, when the package was delivered I noticed considerable damage to the box. I opened the box and observed the plastic shroud that covers the unit was pushed in. However, there was no signs of damage to the AC unit itself.

Fast delivery time.

The product I ordered, I thought based on the picture on the web site, was exactly the propane regulator that I wanted. The regulator I received was a bit different in physical characteristics but OK functionally. I adapted the regulator so it meets my requirement. It would be better to picture items on the web page that are identical to the product that will be shipped.
