I have used adore me elite box for about 2 years. I have loved the products, but have just canceled my subscription because I am so sick of erroneous charges where adore me's warehouse claims I didn't return items or that items I didn't even try on are damaged. I now have a few hundred dollars of these bogus charges. Their customer service is never of any help and doesn't believe their customers, which is frustrating since I've been a customer for about 2 years.
My order took around 10 days to arrive. When I emailed customer service and politely inquired about my order and also suggested that, in this climate where there are more options for customers they should have better customer service, I was basically told it is what it is. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
I've emailed multiple times for assistance and have gotten nothing but a "canned response". I've followed the Adore Me chart. Bras don't fit. I've used my Victoria Secret size to order from Adore Me, still doesn't fit.
I'm a customer that planned to spend plenty of money as I think lots of your items are adorable but your lack of service to EVEN BE ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER has made your products useless to me.

**Are you in between sizes? Is the set you love out of stock in your size? We got you covered!**
You can try your sister size. It helps you find a similar fit while adjusting the size. Just make sure to adjust accordingly and that's it!
**Useful deets:** if you opt for a larger band size, the proportions of the entire bra will become larger, thus, you'll need to make the cup smaller.

I bought three bathing suits for $129.95 and returned two of them as they didn't fit correctly. I tried them on over my clothes (which was a good thing since the strip in the panty had no stickiness to it and it easily removed). After six weeks my refund hit my bank account $22.15 when I should have gotten $79.95 already a scam since they also charge a restocking fee. Never again. You win AdoreMe. You got $57+ of my money and the merch to try to resell to someone else. Never again. Lesson learned. Too bad because the bathing suit that I did keep is cute and I would have ordered again if your customer service was better.

I love the products! They have so many styles and everything is so inclusive. Very body-positive company! Easy to work with; exchanges are very easy to do. So many styles to choose from; I really have to rein in my spending!
Extremely poor selection! Most of your bras are unlined or push up! At a 38 D- DD I do NOT need my boobs pushed up! At a 38 D- DD I need lining in my bra! Most of America are not the size of your models! I am not a millennial and do not need a lace bralette! I'm not big enough for plus size either! 99.999% of the bras you have that I would wear you don't have my size. And you NEVER restock!

Loved everything they sent. As I tried on each item, I was pleased each and every time. Out of all they sent, I only had one half of a set that I wasn't pleased with (the bottoms of a swimsuit, and only bc it was not cut for my shape. The top made my chest look phenomenal, however!).
If I would have been able, I would have kept the whole box!

I ordered two bathing suits. One fit great the other not so much. Adore me made it super easy to try two other sizes until I found one that fit as I wanted it to. It was so easy to return, exchange and reorder. I recommend them to everyone I know
I love the clothing I have purchased. It took me a couple exchanges to figure out sizing. The shipping time is why I cancelled my monthly subscription. When I ordered directly it was somewhat improved but two weeks is a long time to wait. Often the package sits for days awaiting pick up from the carrier. Your shipping should improve. I sent an email in hopes I would be able to get a bra replaced that I had purchased a little less than a year ago. While they don't have a warranty program, they did give me a code to replace the set that the underwire poked out of.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
