I was simply buying a product-one time sale
I got hit for repeated pills on my card without permission. When I contacted your so called customer support-I got a foreign $#*!ing Asian $#*! (I could tell she was Asian because of her malapropisms and grammar) she argued with me!
I've tried to unhook my email (unsubscribe) and have not succeeded. The $#*!s who run this scam are worse than Amazon…

I tried to reply and received an auto reply saying I should go to the help center. I don't recall what steps I took next but I never did receive resolution…
If you have stores near you and time go shop, this is unnecessary and all around a giant hassle
The wire from one of the bras that I bought was sticking out and neither of them looked like they did in the pictures.
I ordered 2 sets. I received one item of each. When I called to inquire if is was getting the rest of my order, the operator was difficult to understand and didn't answer my questions fully. When I last checked my account I didn't have a credit for what I returned yet.
Material of product is extreamly light and seams more temporary then long wear or last long.

Very pleased with all my purchases. Always get the products early
The ordering process was very easy and it was shipped and delivered ahead of schedule. The item I bought is beautiful. As good or better than the picture
I have loved so much of what I have gotten in my past boxes, but it is getting repetitive and I'm not seeing much variety in my more recent shipments. I have marked tons of items on the site that I love, but none have ever been included in one of the boxes.

My issue wasn't resolved. I received a set was that damaged and all torn up and there was no follow up

So sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order! I've reported this error to our warehouse team so they can look into it.
I've now issued a $10 store credit as compensation for the trouble and it's available for use whenever you like.
To quickly have this fixed - you just need to start an exchange online so you can reorder a new set at your earliest convenience. It's all right if the return you are registering doesn't match the item you received, as our warehouse will be on the lookout for the incorrect items.
To start your Exchange or Return, you just need to log into your Adore Me account, using a laptop/desktop, and follow these steps:
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order that you'd like to Exchange/Return by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the Create Return/Exchange button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click Continue
5. In the next page, click on the Print Label button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
Useful info: At this time, you can return your set(s) within 30 days since the order's ship out date.
Please refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
Some more useful deets: you can only use one voucher code at a time, which means you need to place multiple orders if you're exchanging multiple sets.

My last 3 orders have been significantly delayed due to processing time. What I mean with this, is the order is placed and received, a shipping label is created, but the package isn't mailed for 3 - 4 business days. This places the order at my doorstep 7 - 10 days after I order. An unreasonable time in my option in the world of Amazon Prime.

Order was couple days late so I called, rep was rude, told my me it was my fault for needing my items so quickly ( 2 weeks After ordering) orders now 2 weeks late and still nothing done to remedy it
There was an accidental item put in a box of returns, and the response was prompt, professional, and super satisfactory!
I've made several purchases this month and just about every one came to me with strings hanging out. To the point of holes forming in the garment. I've had to throw away several items already, so I plan on cancelling my membership. Highly disappointed.

I had never purchased much lingerie, but after significant weight loss I decided that I had the confidence to try. I liked the range of styles on AdoreMe and the price point was right. I have made quite a few purchases now and can say that while all pieces are reasonable quality, there are some that are better made than others. Also, the sizing is not entirely consistent (but not so far off that it doesn't fit). To put it plainly, some purchases are amazing, others are just okay. However, because the pricing is reasonable, I feel good about continuing to buy from AdoreMe and continuing to try new things. Overall, my experience has been well worth it.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
