I've purchased 3 items from here and I've one more item yet to arrived. The items that I've are super cute and comfortable to wear.
The quality of products is extremely low. Customer service was also poor. Overall I found Adore Me to be a rip off.

The service is very slow and I never get what I order on time
I had an Elite box delivered and sent the items I didn't want back on time. However, they didn't receive the box at their facility and I was charged for all the items…. I contacted customer service and they were able to see that I had taken the box to USPS on time but they lost it in the mail. The quality of all of my items has been great but I was worried about the return when I saw the charge. I will still continue to be a returning customer!
On two of my orders there has been some sort of issue whether it be an out of stock item or a delay in shipping (outside of their control) but Adore Me has gone above and beyond to ensure shopping with them was a pleasurable experience. The quality of their products is phenomenal and I will be a forever customer.
Bras and panties fit wonderfully! Now there is clothing and makeup that's coming out with adore Me and it is also beautiful. This is my new One Stop Shop!

The first set I received, I did not care for so I did an exchange. I am happier with the second set but wish I had gotten a C cup instead of a B…but I didn't want to go through yet another exchange so I'll just keep it.
I used to LOVE AdoreMe. They use to make the best bras for women my size. The support was almost unmatched. Now that they have gone more mainstream, the support of the bras has gone out of the window. The designs are still cute. I just miss the support they used to have.
First, I placed an order from your website 10 months ago, I had no idea you charged me every month until total $319 with no refund. After that I have to order from your website again to use my money that you charged me every month in the store credit and need to closed membership that, then I admit that I made a mistake in my order. I placed the order over $319 in my store credit I called to cancel that ordered, and you refund my money back thank you.
After that, last week (Memorial Day) you have deal buy one get one free, I ordered that deal from your website again to use all my credit store but you cancel my order that, I very upset I know you didn't want me use that deal.
Finally, I feel upset to your website, i just want to tell you I order again buy the full price but I will not order from you again from now and forever scam website.

Not one of your intimate items is pure cotton. I canceled my membership because of this
Adore me has a cute range of styles in a pretty good selection of sizes. Being a bigger cup size, it can be difficult to find cute bras DD+. Easy returns/exchanges, easy to pause your membership.
The choices are very nice. Most are pricey. However, the pieces I purchased, I loved.
Quality is seriously declining and it's a massive fight to get a refund if you miss the return window. Took me weeks of exchanged emails to get anything done, as well as doing a majority of the research for the customer service associate as they do not have access to orders, the barcodes or descriptions that come attached to the items on their tags- only the arbitrary names assigned on the website... Obnoxious to say the least.
The true to size aspect is questionable on certain clothing types provided. Medium seems to run small in that area. I sent in a return box and was charged for an item that was returned in that box that they said wasn't in it and I know for sure was there. But its their word against the customer and it's "impossible" for a box to come open and an item gets lost that way. Still be charged for it. Cancelation will probably happen.
In the past I've had excellent experiences with my orders, this time it took a far longer to arrive. Had correspondence back and forth with the company and was even given a 5$ credit.
I've skipped the last month simply due to worry my items may take the same amount of time. Good product nonetheless.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
