Overall I have had a great experience with my purchases. Recently I have noticed the delivery time is later than indicated.

My wife loves the products and I love the way that it looks on her
Still very few options for women with odd bra sizes. For a 36G they only have 14 options, but then for 36A-DDD they have a wider selection. This is one of the few places that carries my size, but I have so few options that I feel I have to order a size down or my sister size to get any options for nicer patterns or padding levels. I love using adore me, but I really wish they would add more than 14 styles for my bra size, because with the 14 styles, my size tends to be out of stock fairly quickly.
Everything is well priced and the returns are very easy
I bought several items and am happy with all. May need to be more careful on sizing since some are just S/M/L but overall great quality and cane exactly as shown in pictures
I use a bunch of store credit and purchased 4 sets and only one seemed to fit well and the others were sent back and I have yet to receive my credit refunds. It was like they just scammed me out of $120

I love the lingerie and slips. Even the panties are great but I am struggling to find a bra that fits me. I am a plus size but small busted B/C cup. I don't like push up or what you refer to as contour bras. I prefer unlined but the support thru out the back and side is zero. The band ends up rolling up into my back fat. If I get it bigger it doesn't support at all, if I get it smaller it cuts into me. Need wider bands PLEASE!
So I haven't had an account in over a year... today they decided to charge me 39.95 randomly. They keep your card on file and charge it when they want. Watch out. Then the guy rep wasn't listening he kept saying use the credit... man I'm trying to pay my public service bill but u took money that they shouldn't have now I gotta wait 3/5 days but u jacked it quick... TODAY! I'm using FENTY!

I love almost all of the items selected for me each month because of the variety in colors and styles. The one thing I would say is that I don't love the longevity of the fact that one of my favorite bras broke on me too soon. Otherwise the quality of most of the fabrics Adore me uses is a little higher quality.
I was so excited for my elite box subscription, it was my first time seriously buying cute things like this for myself! But I was terribly disappointed, the colors were the exact opposite of the ones I told them I preferred, the styles were the exact opposite, and nothing fit right! Then I start returning my boxes, the first one I was charged for two missing items which I knew for sure I had returned. What am I supposed to do with items that don't fit, secretly keep them? The next box I returned I was charged nearly $200! It is now June and I was just charged for my March box being missing. Yet I took all the appropriate steps to return it and was even more careful because of my first box experience. Adore me does NOT care about their customers, all they care about is manipulating them for as much money as possible. Worse online shopping experience of my life. I will never be buying from them again and STRONGLY suggest you don't either. They have all these little ways of milking you for money, restocking fee's, cleaning/dirt or damaged fee's, missing items, and if you don't keep any of the items a $20 fee. And once I was randomly charged $30 for absolutely no reason and have not been able to get that resolved yet or even figure out why. What a huge massive waste of time and especially money.

Everything was delivered in a timely manner. Most things fit as expected. The beach blanket was very small.
There was very little in stock, I really only came for the racerback push up which was unavailable, I still ended up purchasing two sets, one of which should have only cost half the amount it did. Additionally, if I use a filter for size small, you don't need to show me plus size models. Please hold the wokeness, it's nauseating.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
