I placed and order with enough time for my girlfriend to receive it for her birthday but the order got so delayed she got it a week after she came to visit me, which was like a week and a half later than the latest delivery date.
So easy to order because the sizing is consistent & the fabrics are so comfy on the skin. Sexy sets at a great price, LOVE it!
For one you don't even have to try 100 on. They have plus size menus and those are broken down to tops and bottoms specifically enough if you know your bra and panty size you can find what you want. It's awesome. All of the bathing suits I've ordered look great on my size 12/14 body with 38DD bust. That isn't east to size.

Returns are a lengthy lonely process despite having made many purchases!
I love the goods but sizes aren't consistent and every single body is different.
Still awaiting comm. Re return, which was delivered 11 days ago, and it's crickets re my refund. So far, not the best return process, so I will buy way less liberally.

They have great products! Their return policy is great so you never have to be afraid of trying something new!
I have bought multiple items from Adore Me and have had no complaints. Sizing can be difficult for me, so I appreciate their clear-cut return/exchange policies. Additionally, all items I've purchased have been great quality especially for the price. Would 100% recommend!

Super cute stuff. That said, Swim sizes are inconsistent; one pieces fit on top but too loose on the bottom to stay in place. Size guidance for two piece swim is just flat out incorrect unless you want your boob hanging out.
Overall what is very frustrating is the consistency of out of stocks, even at the beginning of the month with the release of the monthly styles.
Shipping took *a lot* longer than expected but the specific issue was that I received an email from Adore Me completely blaming USPS for the delay. Upon review of the tracking information, it was clear that they blatantly lied in the email and stated that they dropped the items off four days earlier than when they did. Why this was something they found necessary to do I have no idea, but it definitely made me question the business as a whole.

Delivery and product good. I ordered one piece swim suites for plus sizes. The leg holes are all designed at higher cut om the hip. Not the highest bit enough that one suite must be returned. They really are not desifned for a petite person and particularly one with some extra weight. I plan to return one

The weekend of June 11th, Adore me held a BOGO sale, as well as $10 off one set, $20 off 2, $40 off 3 for those not included in the BOGO sale for VIP membership holders. I placed a large order for my wifes's bday. With no reason given I received a generic email from the company advising that they had cancelled my order and directed me to customer service. When customer service was contacted they looked at the file and stated they were unable to provide the reason and had to "escalate" the request. Through Adore Me's own marketing their sales amounted to $260 in savings on the order thus they elected to cancel it and still have not contacted me to explain their reasoning. Their customer service dept is the worst going. Avoid this company at all costs. They will sell you things and then say no sorry we take it back and cancel your order without even providing a reason. Needless to say my wife and I will never give them our business again. Steer clear at all costs.

I got the elite box and after I got it I looked at the items the bras were too tight the thongs were did not fit proper they was overcharging for certain items as Bruce ridiculous then when I turn around and returned it they charged me almost $200 saying that items were damaged they had I put in to cancel my order and to this day they have not canceled it they sent me another box this month and I refused maybe they might get out there and cancel my order and refund the money that I paid for it because yes I received the box and I returned I think that $20 needs to be refunded will never ever ever go to you guys again I'm sorry to say this but if it's lingerie wear in all this for women to look nice you maybe you might want to work on getting their slices right first and stop charging them for dirty items with the items aren't

This was my first time ordering from Adore Me and I was ordering for a specific event…a photo shoot. My girlfriend ordered the pieces she wanted and had it delivered to my family's address in Beaumont Tx (she lives in Louisiana)We paid the extra fee for priority shipping to make sure it arrived on time. I was to meet her in College Town Texas with pieces for the photo shoot but was unable to because they did not arrive on time. Actual they arrived almost a week after the fact. I don't live in Beaumont Tx nor Louisiana so as of yet neither of us have received the items but if they are paid for. All the company offered was refunding the extra postage and a $10 credit. At this time my girlfriend and I are extremely disappointed. And my girlfriend is reluctant to purchase anything further from Adore Me. Especially since the customer service rep suggested that she reach out to my family and ask them to ship the package to her. That is unrealistic and unfair to ask of her and She didn't get to use the pieces for what she purchased them for.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
