I've never had a bad experience with this app and site. They have a good selection with cute patterns and styles. I like that the sets can be differing sizes, because I usually need a larger top than bottoms, and due to that, I've only ever had to exchange one item. Delivery is fast and they always keep me updated.
I have been using Adore Me for years and always loved the choices and fabric.
There have been a few recent instances where i complete and submit my order, to have it in "processing" for 1-2 weeks, only to receive a message stating that an item from my order is not actually available in my size, and please accept an apology and coupon code to replace the item. So then I replace the item, which takes another 2-3 weeks to get to me. I've got no complaints once an item reaches me. Overall I'm satisfied with the fit and quality. If I'm not a fan of a particular item, the exchange process is super easy :) That being said, teh extended waiting periods kill the excitement of getting something new...

They really don't send what I like. It's mostly stuff I don't want. They give you options to pick what you like and don't like and unfortunately I normally get what I don't like. They rarely send bras

Most items fit great but had a couple that got holes or otherwise stopped functioning after wear. Did get charged for one item i didn't keep but after a back and forth got refunded
Fast shipping, nicely packaged, quality products that are made from beautiful fabrics with nice details
Several times they have charged me for damages dirty returns. One time I didn't even try on the garment yet they said it was damaged or dirty. And charged a fee. I am about to cancel!

My first box was perfect and I loved every item but my second box I only loved one thing, a second was ok but the other items weren't even close. Wish the stylist would've looked more closely at my wishlist. It's full of things I love!

Fit is good, cup is a little small for my size(probably won't try to wear this out on the town because of pop out). Patterns and colors are very complimenting.
I have received 2 orders from adore me now. I'm an very happy with both. The underwear is very soft, well made, and fits true to size. The jammies are also super soft and fit well. Well definitely order again! Not to mention that my husband also enjoyed them too

I really love all the sets I've received so far but hate that it's a monthly service. Honestly, I'll wear a bra and panties until they are hanging on by a thread, so the monthly option is great until I'm buried in panties.
Every design is lovely, the materials are… no worse or better than anywhere else. But the price is right, and keeps me from buying cute bras and wearing them with generic Hanes, so it's well worth it.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
