I didn't realize I had signed up for a VIP membership subscription with an order of a bathing suit and we found out months later and had a huge credit that had been coming from my account that I had to spend
All items received don't fit as advertised. Sometimes sent the wrong size of items. The underwear are nice however. My favorite thing to purchase are the sleep wear attire

I decided to try the promotional deal to see if Adore Me was something I wanted to keep up. There are a few pros:
-Great selection
-Responsive customer service
However, there were a lot of drawbacks and after finally getting the correct sizes and styles I wanted from the promo, I ended my membership.
-The quality of the products is on par with Target. I expect much better quality for the price I was paying.
-I gladly paid the discounted price for an extra pair of undies to match the set. However if you exchanged the set for a different set, you didn't have the chance to return the extra pair of undies, leaving you with a random pair instead of two of whatever set you ordered next, unless you paid for them.
-The shipping was unnecessarily long. My items always criss-crossed the US from NY to CA to NC.
-Because of this long shipping time, the first exchange I did I was charged for because it took so long for my package to arrive, and so long to send my package back. Adore Me did end up refunding me because my package was still in transit, but still. Being automatically charged when they could have easily seen the shipping delay and progress it was making is not how I wanted to be treated as a customer.
-The sizing on the two different style bras I tried on is VASTLY different. One bra I was spilling out of, one had gaps. I had to exchange three times before receiving a size that fit me, and even still it's not perfect.
-The pajamas I ended up are already pilling after following washing instructions. Again, the quality is about as good as target.
-It is really hard on the website to find where you want to pause or end a membership. And when you do find it, you're barraged with "wait stay, here's a discount!" pages with small links to pass on the deal.
I really wanted to love this brand, but I won't be shopping with them again.

Shopping is easy, love the styles and delivery is amazingly fast
The selection and quality seems very good, although the pricing seems to be a bit on the high side for items that appear to come from the same area as overseas orders. And the custom picks are somewhat off target at times but the process of receive the order evaluate the items and return unwanted item for a final charge of kept items only seems to be a great idea. I will continue to use but they should have ability to adjust the frequency of the order to longer than just monthly.
Excellent customer service, beautiful designs, fast shopping, competitive pricing, awesome sale prices, and overall, AdoreMe has created a world that is accepting of women & all others where they can feel amazing & know they have a place with their community and culture.
10/10 would buy again. Color is great. Fit is comfortable.
The products are okay, not great. There's a lot of inconsistencies if you buy the same thing at two different times. The quality isn't all there, buts not horrible. Mostly it just doesn't seem worth it, but I don't regret trying it.

I really liked the bathing suit fits. It fits perfectly fine and the styles are very lovely.
Shipping is not at all timely to say the least. Orders are places, stuff ships, and then I get emails that the stuff is out of stock and have to re order something else. I get things in to fit based on Adore Me web site and they don't fit. Not another return… credit, re order and Wait weeks again for something else we hope fits.
Product quality. Awesome, when it fits… perfect.
Getting it here quickly… sucks.

I still have yet to but a size right. I'm hoping the 3rd time is the charm. But I dint mind as much when returns are as easy as opening an App, clucking a button, and printing a label.
I took advantage of the BOGO event and ordered two sets. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size bra and had to exchange the sets. The exchange experience was easy and we received the new sets quickly.
It takes forever for orders to ship and arrive. This is why I canceled my elite box subscription. Almost every order I have placed I get multiple emails apologizing for delays in shipping. Maybe instead of sending canned emails apologizing, possible fix your shipping and use a more reliable shipper.

I always love the pieces from Adore Me! I'm happy to have a collection in my closet to feel fabulous and sexy!
My experience with AdoreMe has been positive overall, but there are a few things that have kept it from being 5/5 stars. But let's start with the pro's!
Pros of AdoreMe:
- Site is easy to navigate - from browsing to tracking your orders, everything has been easy to find on computer and mobile
- Though not every item is size-inclusive, there are still more sizes available than from many other stores (40H is a myth at Torrid in my experience), and bigger bras have color too! Not just boring black and tan options!
- Many of their sports bra and swimwear options use band and cup sizing! Total game-changer AND no-brainer
- They have consistently quality styles, and I always find things I want to order
- I have yet to get something from AdoreMe that is not soft and a really nice feel
- They often have some deal or another going on, be it BOGO or and pantie drawer refill sale, and these help keep AdoreMe accessibly affordable for when I need to purchase something
Cons:
- with the bras, sometimes the thickness of the seams can be a little irritating on my skin
- some of the structurings for the bras (side-wires and such) move throughout the day and can be a little rough as well
- as mentioned above, not every item is size-inclusive. I'd love to see greater size-inclusivity for their products as time goes on
All in all, I've ordered from AdoreMe three or four times so far, and I plan to do it again! I hope that they continue to make affordable products that only increase in quality.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

It seems that with your first order you signed up for our VIP Membership, and took advantage of our VIP discounted pricing. We offer two membership options at checkout, but we also offer a one-time purchase option called Pay-As-You-Go.
Though there is never an obligation to buy with the VIP membership, it is an active monthly subscription. You just need to come onto the website between the first and the fifth to either SHOP or SKIP.
If you do not SHOP or SKIP in your account, you will be charged $39.95 and it will be placed into your Adore Me account as store credits, which you can then use to make your monthly purchase.
