I love everything about Adore Me. All of the products are a perfect fit and it was easy to find my style and size.
The shipping is so slow (2 weeks) And my size bra is sold out in most styles that I like. Considering canceling for these reasons.
This is not actually the fault of Adore Me but their delivery service. They claimed the order was delivered; it was not. Adore Me offered to replace the items but not all of them -- I had a bra and panty set and an extra panty ordered -- they wanted me to pay again for the extra panty, so I received a refund instead. Which came quickly, which was good. But overall very disappointing.

The underwear were poorly made. Most has no waistband and were falling down inside of my clothes.
The panties I ordered, the string started coming out on the second wear.

For spending over $40 I was underwhelmed with the quality of the bra I received. Wasn't very supportive or stayed on me the way I thought it would.

Was a little late, but my Wife loves it. The fit was perfect, unlike other items that I have bought from other merchants.
It's time to cancel. I have tried with multiple items, and each time, I find the quality so poor that it's not something I ever wear. And the cost is not worth it.

I have never been able to find the perfect bathing suit for my body until Adore me! It is fast, easy, great quality and adorable! I am so grateful for this company!
I have had this subscription service for years ( mainly because they were one of the few to offer a huge range of sizes including plus a few years back)
I can tell you the quality is all over the place- but at least has become more consistent in recent years. They sell out often ( maybe not enough supply?)- which sucks when your sitting on credits but cant get the colors of the sets you want because they're always out of sizes. Warning: They do not meet any shipping dates even if you pay extra for rushed. I've had orders where I have waited over a month and even cancelled. It takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive something.

I've been with AM for a year now and I'm quite happy with the quality of the products as well as the great variety and sizes.
I'm on the smaller end of sizing, so I'm often weary about how some items might fit, but so far I've been lucky and just about everything has been perfect.
A little over priced for the quality. But very cute items. And I didn't have to go shop for them. They come right to your door.
All the items sent are really good quality. The process of returning unwanted items is very easy.
I ordered a sports bra- tried it on once and then put it back in the bag and mailed it. All seemed fine- but then I got an email out of the blue weeks later saying it had been damaged and they were charging me 20$. I tried to follow up and explain that must be a mistake but they have a non respond email response. Needless to say- I closed my account after having apent a lot of money there!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
