I didn't like how the material puckered out near a seam. We are going to try a different size to see if that will work. If not I'll return and know it's not a good style for me. The interaction over the phone with the agent was seamless!
I have never paid a membership to any online shop just to view and maybe buy their product. That is what Adore Me is doing. With the money you pay, you could buy several bras and panties.
DO NOT get hooked up with this company. This is NOTHING BUT A WAY TO STEAL from hard working people, because they can't honestly sell their product.
Placed two orders, requested and paid for expedited delivery 2 weeks later, still waiting. Received email in the interim that orders would be delayed. Also noted that items I ordered were no longer available...

The outfit is sexy looking on my wife. She likes all her items.
Overall very good experience and overall a great product. My breasts are regularly sized and the swimsuit BARELY covers my nipples.
I order their elite box a few months ago and i had never received it. I called them and no one answered. So i emailed them and disputed it with them they gave me a refund but it did not matter because every month i am receiving a recurring fee charge for items i did not receive and now i have to switch banks. Dont buy from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Never have my size. Items always out of stock.
Items don't hold up and seem to be made of poor quality!
Within months they are longer any good and fallen apart! Their push-ups aren't push up at all and their underwear, I find never to be true to size; M - either way too big or just to small.

They have a beautiful selection of sexy bras and panties & they always come in a set which is rare to find. Any sexy special occasion or just when I want to feel extra confident I always get something from adore me.

I purchased a bustier recently. The bustier fits but not the underwear though and that's because I'm bigger up top and smaller on the bottom and I wasn't able change the underwear size because it was a set. This has been the story of my life.
I tried this service a while back. I was really excited and we started off great. After the second box, I tried the items on, placed what I didn't want back in the box and promptly returned the rest immediately. After a month or so I was told I was going to be charged for "damaging" an item I returned. This upset me as I treated the items delicately as I understand I just previewing these items and they will go back into their inventory for a future sale. When I inquired to this matter, they told
Me there was nothing they could do, it was their policy and I was charged.
I decided at this time that this was not an ethical company and cancelled my subscription.
Months and months later I decided to give it another shot. I lead a busy lifestyle and because I am busty I liked having the items sent to me with larger cup sizes.
A few months in to this subscription I received notice that my box was never returned and charged for the entire content. Lucky for me I saved the Maile return receipt. I shared this with adore me and they said the box was delayed and I would recieve a refund once it was received. This happened two months in a row. I was charged for the full box because they paid for the cheapest way to receive the box but I would be accountable until it was in their wharehouse. Annoying. They did eventually refund me in full for the first delayed received box (due to the carrier) but the second box they again, said I damaged an item and charged me for it.
I reached out to customer service, they took a while to get back to me only to tell me there is nothing they can do so did not even try on the item in question. It was not my style at all.
It is infuriating to work with a company that just wants your money. I should mention that I also belong to a clothing rental
Subscription called rent the runway. I have been a members for 2 years. I pay $200 plus a month and get great service, quality and customer service. I know the difference from A Professor company and crappy company: I will never use you again and I will let everyone know to be cautious of using your service.
Easy shopping experience on the website. Many items to choose from. My wife looks stunning! Very satisfied with my purchase!
The only negative thing I have to say is I wasn't able to keep more items because they sent me the wrong size.
I was missing an item that was listed as being in my elite box. I was to told to claim it, then let Adore know and they'd reimburse me for what I was charged. I had a follow up email, but the second person seemed clueless to what was happening with my account. I'm still waiting.

I've been ordering from Adore me for yrs now. I have gotten all types of their collection, fast delivery, easy returns... always have a good experience with them
If you can truly size your self correctly, it's better than Victoria's Secret. I love this site. And the deals are incredible.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
