Loved getting my box every month but even when I wouldn't try things on, I was still charged for a cleaning fee. I contacted customer service and they were no help. Charging me for nothing is ridiculous.

The design options on AdoreMe are beautiful, but a little pricey. Also the 30 day return policy should be extended. Its often hard to get to a post office!

I just love my new 'jammies! Adore me is outstanding for service and quality on the items they sell. The fabrics are soft and comfortable. The colors are awesome and adore me always presents items I will love in sizes that actually fit me as a plus size woman
The whole purchasing experience with Adore me was great! The sizing and quality were excellent! I will be purchasing again!
I placed an order 3 set and 1 extra item. Total $102.82 April 11th 2022. On April 13th I received tracking number that my items had shipped. I checked the tracking number that was provided for two weeks it kept coming back as invalid. So I called adore me. They assured me my items had shipped and I would be receiving them any day. After another week passed I called again still no tracking update I requested a full refund. At this time the customer service rep told me my items where on the way. Then on May 2nd I got an alert my tracking had updated. Out of curiosity I checked. Tracking number now said shipping information sent. Now it May 17th I never received anything from them. They never mailed my package. All thy did is send the shipping information to the carrier. I ordered from Victoria Secret May 12th and received my package May 16th. Adore me can't be trusted. I'll be sticking with Victoria Secret as I have for years.

Very easy to navigate the choices and get information and options. Very affordable!
I was an Adore Me customer for over a year. In the beginning everything went smoothly. They offer a standing promotion of buy 5 items, receive the 6th free. I reached the 5 item requirement more than once. This last time around, I had to buy 2 additional pieces before receiving the "6th" item free due to their lack of compliance with their own rules. One of my orders contained 5 items. Four of the 5 were promotional items, which understandably do not count towards the free item. However, the 5th item in the order was at regular price, and according to their own rules should have qualified. Also, one of my orders never registered with their system, which is why I ended up buying 7 qualifying items before I finally received the free one. I emailed and called many times, and received the same robotic responses from everyone I communicated with. It is really sad that a company would rather lose a customer than look closer at their own rules and see where they have made a mistake, and make it right with the customer. I would've continued to order from them had they just made this one issue right. I would've also continued to sing their praises to anyone looking to shop with them. Instead, I am now posting my frustration on every possible platform. Service is everything, and when customers spending hard earned money are treated as disposable, those companies should be treated the same way.

After making a return I saw $20 was charged to my credit card a week later. I contacted customer service to ask what this was about and they responded saying that I returned both the top and bottom of a matching set I had bought dirty. This is ridiculous because basically all I did was place the bra against my chest and felt that the cups were too small (inconsistent sizing seems to be another problem with this brand, as the other bra I purchased in the same size fit fine). Of course I didn't even bother opening the panties once I knew the bra didn't fit. I'm really disappointed with this brand and recommend that you don't purchase anything from them.

The materials are soft and some of the bras last longer than others.
Finding (by size) lingerie is intuitive. One main reason I purchase from Adore Me is being able to purchase bras separately from bottoms.
I was skeptical because the price of the swimsuit was so low, but the quality was high, purchase was frictionless, delivery was fast. I'll def but again

The bra is cute. It's more comfortable than other strapless bras I've owned. I haven't tried the thong yet but the design is as pictured.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
