Overall i'm pretty hapoy with my products from Adore me, however someyimes the same size on different items doesn't fit as expected. So i think size charts for particular categories or combined types of products or a guidance on what body type do particular products sit well on could be improved.

I have a fairly good experience except for the fact that I changed my sizes on my profile and no one is paying attention to it. You are still sending all PJ sets in 2X 2months after I changed it to 1X so now the items I have liked I am wearing too big! I am quite disappointed. Also please do not send me anything that has underwire! I do not like the way it feels and will just send it back unopened which also lessens my good experience because that is one more item I do not get to try that I might actually like & try on. I love most of the PJ'S, lounge wear, leggings & tops.

After ordering from AdoreMe I feel like the company faulty advertises free returns, charging ~$5 restocking for each return, which is not made clear during initial purchase. I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund in the full amount but I'm still waiting on a refund. Their products seemed nice but sizing was off and because of how difficult it is to do exchanges/returns I won't be doing business with them in the future.
I have been with Adore Me for over 7 years because their selection, convenience, and prices are amazing. Shopping does sometime take a while, I've had packages get lost or things sell out, but their customer service to resolve issues makes it worth it.
A couple months back I recieved a charge for $20 for clothing that was "damaged/dirty" upon return. Funny part is the clothing they claimed was dirty was something I didn't even take out of the package. It was a fight with customer service to refund my money. They eventually told me they could do a one time courtesy refund. They couldn't specify how the item was dirty just sent me the list of what they look at and deem to be dirty. When i pointed out I didn't even take the item out of the bag, let alone try it on they had no response. They just kept giving me the same response that it was dirty or damaged. This means either they sent me dirty clothing to begin with or they are trying to scam you. Today I recieved a charge from a box from 2 MONTHS AGO claiming yet again I returned dirty/damaged clothing. This time I did try these pieces on along with everything else, put them all back in their respective bags and returned them. I don't understand how some were dirty and some weren't when they all went through the same process. I truely believe they are either sending dirty clothes or scamming people. When you can't explain specifically how a piece is dirty then you have no case and should not charge. I will be expecting another full refund.

Ordered some things for my wife on April 19th paid for 2 day shipping here it's may9 and still nothing. Not even a up date on tracking and when I call they keep saying it's ups fault. I would never order from here again they were supposed to be a Mother's Day gift but that's out the window now.

Cute bras, still not the right size…
These bras are cute and for the most part comfortable. I love that there are matching underwear. My biggest issue is that I'm tired of buying a 38 band size just because I cannot get my cup size in a 34 or 36. This might not seem like a big issue but once I go to a 38 the outside edge of the cup rubs the inside of my arms and my armpit. If I stick with a 34 or 36 I don't have this issue but then my breasts spill out over the cups because they don't have a 36 size.

I love there bras and underwear they fit well and are so comfortable. I also appreciate how great there customer service is. I had bought a bra that I only wore twice and the strap broke. I was totally prepared to ship it back but instead they just gave me credit for a new set, no sending back. Best and fasted customer service I have ever experienced.
My bra's took a month and a month to get, were not close to the right size abd I still have not received my refund even though my item show received for over 2 weeks. Now they're telling me it can take up to another 2 weeks. I had to end up filing a claim with my credit card company to get the return processed.

Sorry that you have not had a good experience with us.
As explained previously you would have got a monthly VIP membership charge that you would have signed up to when making your first order.
The VIP membership monthly amount gets turned into store credit and is fully refundable, either by yourself by logging into your Adore me account or we can process the refund back to you.
I apologise for the lost product, however this is not always in our control and you would have been credited one way or another.
Once again I apologise.
I love the thongs I ordered. They're of good quality and fit and arrived within a reasonable time. However, I do not like your "monthly credit" program as I don't need to purchase from you that often. I have put my account on hold for three months. After that, I will reconsider staying with your company.
Previously (a year ago) I placed an order. Produvts is ok for the price. Woke up to a charge today, on a card they don't have. (My bank informed me some 3rd parties will update/inform companies so they get your updated card #)
Tried to message on their site, my email is considered not valid. Called, was disconnected twice. Since I canceled account last year, there's no account info to pull up, so they cant see why I was charged.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
