I really wanted to love adore me and I received a couple products that I really liked from them however it's not been without its issues. On one of my first orders I return some thing that I didn't like, and they claimed they never received it. So I was charged for the full set. The whole store credit thing is very confusing. One month I forgot to cancel my order and it said I would get a store credit, yet I have no idea how to access that. I am currently awaiting money back on another order that I placed and had some returns on. The member rewards is also confusing it's buy five get one free. I've definitely bought more than five sets and it says I've earned one free but I don't have any idea how to claim it. I just overall feel like their website is not user-friendly and things are not clear how to use store credit, return processing, etc.

I have had an Adore Me membership for several months now and I have had a mixed experience during that time. First, they have lots of cute styles in a wide range of sizes so that is great and highly unusual in my experience, but few of their panties are thong (which is all that I wear) so that is a bummer. Only having hipster or brief panty styles literally causes me to not choose many of the bras I would like bc there is no matching thong option. Second, I wear a 36DDD and they have an amazing variety in that size compared to other brands, but they're cuter than they are supportive, so that isn't real helpful either bc while I get the cute bra - I then fall out of it every time I bend over ‍ That being said, I have breast implants, which move and bounce around much less than natural breasts do, so this has got to be an even bigger problem for other women! Also, I have found their sizing runs small, compared to Victorias Secret, which is where I have primarily shopped for bras and panties for the last 20yrs and they're also MUCH thinner - so while they're cute, I wouldn't consider them real well made either.
Customer Service was great, no complaints there. Overall I don't think I'll be able to keep the membership much longer as the bras and panties just haven't been a great fit for me. Both literally and metaphorically. Not enough thong options, brand runs kinda small and thin. Would definitely be better for a woman who had smaller breasts and didn't prefer thongs.

I've been using Adore Me for 3 years as a VIP subscriber and I love it. I purchase my first one a few months before my wedding and decided to get them all from them. Returns are done promptly and easily and you can exchange your size and color with no obstacles. They keep money as credit if you authorize debt by don't make a purchase and refund you if you request so, all without issues via their app. They have variety of colors and sizes and quality! I love my Adore Me pieces so much I started buying even the day to day pieces from them cause they last so much more than my regular store findings. Worth the price. The only thing I wish is that there were more cotton underwear available. Cotton is so much better for the health of private parts!

I love the bathing suit that I ordered. Grateful that it covers me up.
