At first, I absolutely loved this company. I got a couple boxes and loved a couple styles and kept them and it seemed great. However, after a couple months they started charging me $20 here, $20 there and saying it was dirty items returned or damaged items. I know for a fact I sent everything back in pristine condition. They couldn't provide any proof or photos or even tell me which product was supposedly damaged. Not worth the time and money!
I canceled my subscription to them a few weeks ago and they are still taking money out of my account! When I called them they told me I did it wrong! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they don't talk on the phone only but email! He said there's is nothing he can do until they get the box back that they sent out TODAY! They take money out after canceling but won't return your money when you file a complaint! Absolutely no customer service! They do not care about there customers! Now it won't let me submit my complaint because I won't give them a star you do not deserve even one! So you all know I chose ZERO stars but since it won't post I'll give one
Never have I ever had a company that was so easy to do exchanges with, you are amazing!
Order sent to wring address. Had to wait until it was delivered, 3 days later than it was supposed to be, to get refund. Had to contact Customer service several times to get resolved.
I love being able to order bra and panty sets and being able to choose the size for each! Sizing is accurate and the quality is great.

Fantastic quality and styles at great prices. I am 4'10" and 92 lbs and the xs fits me well.

Alot of the things my wife looked at, it was almost always out of stock. Very annoying. Finally found bra and panty that was in stock and she love's it.

Product is great but shipping is really slow. If you are buying for a present make sure to order 2-3 weeks ahead

I bought some lingerie for my wife and a couple pieces didn't fit. The exchange process was simple and we quickly received the new sizes. My wife loves how they fit and I love how amazing they look. Easy to recommend shopping with this company.
Even though my original package came incomplete customer service was able to assist me with an exchange voucher without issue or delay. The exchange process was seamless. Thank you.
I returned a bath suite due to the size not being accurate and when they received it they charged me for it again instead of issuing a refund. The charge was reversed but not before it cost me $32 in an overdraft fee that the bank refused to credit back due to Adore me causing the error. After the charge was reversed I never got the actual refund!

The concept is good and something that is being done today. But other similar services offer much quicker turnaround for delivery, previews of the pieces to have a say in what I prefer and a feedback option for me to describe my reason for return. I think some of those enhancements would help make this service much more desirable.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
