Nice looking apparel but the fit has been all over the place. Some bras will fit fine and the next style is either too tight, too large, or just doesn't fit. Not as consistent as other brands. Trying to exchange can be cumbersome if not in AM's tight time window.
Like any business, there are pros and cons. Adore me pros outweigh the cons. The shipping is slow and the return/exchange process is poor. However the product is good quality, comfortable, and elegant!
I'm a plus size lady (size 24/3x) and the fact that I can find GORGEOUS bras in 42H for an affordable price is amazing! What's even better is that there is a matching panty! No boring cotton bras for me.
Overall Satisfied. Return policy not the greatest. I never buy anything that I might need to return, Which then stops me from buying more items.
The material isn't high quality, it came all frayed and the pictures on the site are misleading as the bra cups are very pointy where the stitches meet making it visible through. My shirts

Adoreme did at least keep me updated but it still was an inconvenience.

I absolutely ADORE my purchase and was blown away by the ultra-fast delivery. Will definitely shop here again!
AdoreMe app is an easy to use.
I have ordered 3 bras and have been happy with them other than one issue. One of my bras which is foam lined seems to be permanently creased from when placed in packaging.
Another topic I am not pleased with is that I am unable to leave a review OR it is the place to write is too difficult to find.
I believe it is important to online shopping to allow public reviews of their items so others may make an informed decision.

Adore Me is the best place to go for not only intimate apparel but also lounge and swim wear. My wife gets pampered every month with something new. The customer service is amazing and fast. We were able to go to the first store in the south and we had a great time.
Excellent experience. I do plan to make future purchases.
Every time we order the delays in shipping take longer and longer. It's even worse if you have a return. It's well over a month from the first order. It not fitting, so it's returned. Then waiting for the second item to arrive. Such a slow process for a deal that's not that great and sizes that don't always fit true. It's easier just to go to a store you trust and buy it there. It also feels like the styles aren't what they once were…

I joined Adore Me to have little surprises arrives each month to my wife. She loves the idea, and we sit and compare what I might like to see her in, and her taste in clothing items. It has really refreshed our relationship, and added some fun. Thank you Adore Me!
It took forever to get here in the usps mail, which was disappointing. I then realized that it wasn't and full babydoll, it's more of a lace apron. Super ugly.

I recently purchased two items that I made sure to check multiple times were on Adore Me's BOGO sale. When I completed the purchase I noticed that the price had not reduced like it should. I then went into my app and emailed customer service and got a response telling me that "neither item was in the BOGO sale" and thank you for my time.
I responded, correcting them and letting them know they need to fix this problem or lose my business. I haven't gotten a response yet, aside from this. I don't get myself stuff often, so when I do I expect the place I get it from to be upfront and not playing games with my money.

Very please with quality and options for plus size
Clothing is true to size. Delivery is quick. Love the selecting. Customer service is quick to respond.
I have used Adore me for three months. I like the styles, but there are limited choices. If I f do o find something I like, it's often out of stock in my size. Also need more color options. It seems like lots of winter colors and few spring options heading into May. Hoping things will change soon or I may not continue with Adore me

I really enjoy the VIP I like that purchase is not necessary every month that I can skip any time I want but that I don't lose my status and can still get great deals!
My wife has been on the road to improving her fitness and what better way than with light weight athleisure wear. The leggings are smooth and don't bunch up when being active or seated when lounging.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
