I had an Elite box subscription for 4 months. The items they sent were beautiful and I kept one or two per box. I was EXTREMELY careful and hygienic and in some cases never tried on the actual item bc it wasn't a style I liked or color. With EVERY box I returned "the warehouse" charged me a $20 penalty fee for a single "dirty/damaged" item. Despite my calling customer service repeatedly to clarify or obtain proof of this damage no one could provide evidence to me. I was actually charged in two separate instances for an item I had never even tried on. The first time I called they provided a refund and apologized. Subsequent instances they claimed they couldn't refund due to "precious penalties for the same". I cancelled my subscription and filed a grievance with my credit card company. I am certain they do this because I wasn't keeping all of the items or even most when they sent me the boxes. Be VERY VERY WARY of their shady business practices. I highly recommend staying AWAY.
I used the elite subscription for about 8 months. I didn't have any problems until I was charged for an item being "dirty" when I never even tried it on. Then I decided I was going to cancel and was charged for 3 items that were "missing" again I never even tried them on and know for a fact that all items were returned. I understand that it is my word against theirs but I also know that I returned everything. They took the charge off the first time, but then charged me a total of $45 for items I returned. I was told to take pictures of the items I return if I ever subscribe again.

My order was never delivered to my house and adore me sent me a new order very quickly.
I received my order relatively quickly and was satisfied with the sizing. I bought the items as a gift and they were a big hit! Love the options!

I've canceled my membership and keep getting charged. Had to dispute something on every order. Not worth it
The panties I bought were too big, but that's my fault because my mental image of myself hasn't caught up with my recent weight loss. I ordered XL's when I only need L's. I will reorder the same undies tho. They looked and felt great to the touch.
I love my new bras and panties. The fit perfectly and are comfortable. I could not ask for a better product for the price. Material is soft and feels great on my skin.
I love shopping with Adore Me from the convenience of my own home. They always have so many adorable styles to choose from, and everything I've personally tried has run true to size. I also LOVE shopping in store at both stores that are local to me. The employees are very down to earth, helpful, and friendly. Everything is bright and clean, and the quality is amazing. Being able to purchase online and in store, I will never shop at the "other store" again.
I have been using Adore me for a year. The quality is ok. They don't have a lot of variety. Just the same things in multiple colors. So if you don't like the item your most likely not gonna have a lot to choose from. I subscribed to their monthly subscription but mainly skip months because they rarely had new stuff out. My last encounter Adore me was having a sale and I purchased an items for buy one get one free on March 27 but they processed my order on March 28th and they charged me for the 2nd set. I fought with Adore me but they did not care. I guess being a loyal customer gets you nothing. I wish I had screenshot my cart when I purchased the item because I got charged $40 more than I expected. There was nothing I could do about it. So I don't recommend Adore me to anyone. There are other places where you can get better quality suits with better variety and don't get ripped off of your money. If you do buy from them please screenshot your cart and order so you don't have to deal with being fraudulently over charged. Check out their reviews on Better Business Bureau. They have alot of unhappy customers.
Everything arrived as expected. No issues. Quality items that fit as expected.
The bathing suit is adorable... But because the ties or even the untieable ties are kept stretched straight. The whole top is a knot.

I've been with adoreme for about 2 years I think. Every drop is an upgrade, and people need to start giving the credit they deserve because honey the quality and the materials are always on point, not forgetting that their very woman empowered, with their models, looks and sizes. I'm just really tight with this brand and I love all their products

Great if you like the products. But none of them fit right. I attempted to return items and after one month I didn't receive a refund. I messaged them and was told the items were all received and my refund would be processed shortly. They then CHARGED me an additional $200 saying they never received the returned items. Such a scam.

I purchased a size that fit me on the bottom but did not on the top, when I went to go back in to order the next size up... you were completely sold out and have been every day. Which is great for you guys but not for me... the suit looks good. Just needs a little more room up top for me.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
