I was helped hassle free, she was very nice and it was the easiest exchange. I was giving credit to pick out a different size or a whole new bra before I even sent back the other one. I will definitely buy from Adore Me again and refer to my friends and family..
I ordered a 42 b as my width was wider then my cup but the cup size was way bigger then previous orders. It's frustrating and disappointing as I really have enjoyed these bras in the past.
I decided to try the Elite Box subscription because I wanted more cute stuff and I love being surprised. I tried on each item, except for one because I knew just looking at it, it wouldn't fit. I ended up only liking one item, so I purchased it and sent the rest back. After sending the box back, packing everything as it arrived, not only did I not hear anything back for TWO months, but when I did hear back, they charged me $20 each for two items (one of which I never even tried on) that they determined were "dirty or damaged". Such BS. I'm thankful I canceled this box and I'll never shop here again. DONT SUBSCRIBE TO ADORE ME if you don't like being ripped off. I'm out $40 for nothing.

The sizing was good and true. Happy with the material and price.
I'm not satisfied with my adore me experience because I don't believe my style preferences are taken into consideration. I keep getting black colored pieces, even though I didn't have that selected on my style preference. I know that I had neutrals selected, but one box contained ALL blacks. I have updated my style preference a few times and yet still get black colors.
Also, I wanted to keep a set but it was the wrong size. I sent it back and asked for the correct size. The ONLY thing that was changing was the size, yet I was charged $10 more because it didn't come in the box. AND the price on the website was $39.99 but I was charged $49.99. I asked again about the price difference, and again was told something I didn't understand because of the girls accent. I was so frustrated at the time that I dropped it. But I won't be a customer again unless something changes.

I got some lovely items, but changed my mind on 2of them. Return process seemed easy enough, except I still don't know if they've even received my items after several weeks. Kind of annoying to keep checking.

The plan fact is you do not replace you inventory and this there is very little to choose from. It has been this way for 2 seasons now. Why do you keep swimming suits for example in the main list when there are only a select few in odd sizes left. It is misleading.

I've been shopping with Adore Me for a few years. Everything I've received has been of great quality. And when I wasn't happy with the size, color, or just didn't like it as much in person, I was able to exchange that item easily. The bag the items are shipped in reseals, and you just print off a packing slip. Plus, you can exchange and have another item shipped before the old item even makes it back to their warehouse. It's a great convenience and service that gives me confidence to try new items, and I've found a lot that I now love! Thanks, Adore Me!
This is the second of the third time that I have been charged for a box that arrived late at the warehouse that is not my fault was sent on time and it's affecting my bank account at first they couldn't get my sizes right this company needs to get it together
My wife struggles with finding bras she likes/fit her well. I bought her a couple different ones (ones I thought she would look cute in) Now this is all she wants, let's me pick the style/color and says they are the most comfortable bras she has ever owned.
I love the quality of the product but the bras aren't all the same. In one bra size 42 fit me perfectly then one wouldn't go around me then the next would only work on the largest setting.
They changed me when they lost the returns I sent back, overdrawing my bank account and refused to remedy the situation with product credit or reimbursement of fees.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
