If there's one thing I would like Adore Me to deal with, it's the programming of their website. I don't like that the premium membership is automatically already checked when you go to the cart. Also, when the bogo deals only apply to certain colors, it gets confusing. I think it could be made more clear on the website. I have no complaints about the product. The fit is good, the bras and panties wash well, and both wear well! I am also happy with the prices.
The first month was great. The 2nd month I ordered the same size as the prior month but the bra was 3 sizes to big. The tag still said the same size but it clearly was not the right size. Then to add to it I'm told I'll be charged for returning t & have to wait up to 30 days to get my refund. Not happy at all with my experience
I really like the range of sizes they offer as I fall into a weird size that isn't generally carried by other companies (36DDD). The availability of those sizes can sometimes get challenging, but it is what it is. The sets I have purchased in the past have been decently made, although the prices have been getting a little ridiculous for what you get. Now the bad, this companies shipping is a joke. I don't even pay attention to when they say it's going to come because they are so wildly inaccurate. They send out emails explaining generic reasons and how they are unusual, but probably 18/20 of the sets I have purchased over the last year came weeks after I ordered them due to, what was it? Unforseen circumstances? Backups in their shipping department? I hate to be the first one to tell you this, but if you experience issues that often then maybe it IS something you are doing? I understand that with these times things happen, but be honest about it. Don't tell people that you will have their product to them in 5-7 buisness days if 90% of the time you actually mean 15-20 buisness days. It's dishonest. Be better, not sorry please.
Customer service was amazing with helping me with the issue
Took long time to get my purchase. Wore the pair once, they kept sliding down my bottom. Ended up taking them off after 3 hours and throwing them away. Disappointed.

Bought this for my girlfriend. Fits her perfectly and she loves it. So do I.
I have a difficult size 30G. While Adore Me does make a few bras in my size, it's rarely if ever in the newest styles. Mostly just the basic staples or odd colors. I really wish they had more to offer in 30G.
Also, what's with all of the sheer and mesh underwear? Especially the bikini cut ones? I worry the underwear isn't going to last 6 months! And really, I don't find see through bikini cut underwear sexy at all. If I'm choosing the bikini cut, I'm looking for comfort as much as something cute. And it's disappointing when I can find a cute bra I want but none of the underwear will fit so I either have to buy the set and throw out the underwear or just not buy it at all. Being able to buy just the bra would be a nice option.
I like that I am being sent items that are good quality and the plus is its like a surprise gift to myself
I liked the panties but all of the bras fit wrong and gapped in weird places. Plus they just felt cheap. I would not buy again.

I can't believe that it is legal to debit someone's credit card on a monthly basis and call it a shopping credit for them to spend at their online account! Unbelieveable.! I have never experienced that!
