I was having issues with finding my size in many articles. I am a 40DDD (40F) but they were proactive and now have a notify me feature, for styles I have been waiting to buy for months.
My first box did not contain one of the items on the invoice. Customer service was contacted and said I would get the refund upon return of the box. One month later and still no refund. I will be cancelling my subscription.
I was very excited about being an Elite member, I did two months (two boxes) and was actually disappointed with what they picked out for me, almost like they knew I would like the product but not the color hence I would spend more money on getting it in the correct size or color I wanted. Next, when I returned the box there was hidden fees. They charged me an extra $35 because the box was damaged in transit. And they were very uncoperative with my situation even though when the box left my hand everything was in pristine order. If you are going to buy anything from them, make sure it is not with an ELITE membership, they only care about milking as much money as they can from you.

Had a problem with on line order. Didnt wait long to speak to an actual human. Gaveme an instant store credit.
A few items were sold out but they sent me a link and I found my sister sizes quickly. They shipped everything as soon as I placed my order. Everything fit perfectly.
I am in love with my newest bras! I've always struggled to find bras I like that fit my budget. I've tried Walmart, Victoria's Secret, JCPenney, thrift stores and more. I'm just always upset by how they fit! I felt doomed to accept what I could get for my size. However- a friend recommended Adore Me and I have been so hooked! They fit me well and they are comfortable and sexy both- esp the latest one I ordered. It is my absolute favorite! Happy customer- def recommend this site to anyone!

I ordered 3 (buy 2 1 free) and all of them have gaps that exposes, They do not fit to embrace the breast entirely. With clothes over them you can see curves of the cups edges sticking out. I can not wear them without tailor's adjustment. Waste of money!

Some of my underwear come in as perfect size, then again I still order the same size but yet a bit bigger? I never send it back because just the wait time would be ridiculous… I even got a bra that was way smaller then my actual size. Yet I still keep my account and pay for things I do not wear.

Almost all of my stuff fit, given the exception of the corset I tried matching. Otherwise I loved it all!
I have been very pleased with my purchases from Adore Me.
This is my second order from AdoreMe. My first purchase was a lace bra and I love it! And my second purchase was a bathing suit and it's the best fit for me!
Seeing the reviews about credit cards not being able to be removed was my biggest concern. This has lead me to my conclusion of not joining.

I got the first box in March, tried the items on, kept two and sent four back. The second box has already been shipped, and today I received a notice that my half of my returns were dirty/damaged and I would be charged $40 (half the price of the items) as a consequence.
They weren't dirty.
There's no way to fight the charges. There's no prior warning what is considered "dirty" (including a stray hair, or "a smell" which—hard to disprove), they only define it in the email where they charge you. And only after the second box is on its way.
Do not get their elite box, or anything where you are interacting with returns. I've been waiting on their help line to cancel my subscription.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
