Not for me. Had such a hard time even finding a set to fill my 2th months order.
Ordering is super easy and any time I have had a problem with tracking a package their customer service responds quickly.
I have enjoyed the monthly surprises in each box. Getting a good fitting bra is wonderful! Returns are super easy!
Finding matched sets has always been a struggle. It's been amazing to have sized to fit lingerie just show up at our door.
I have been charged multiple times for dirty returns and the things you have charged me for, I have not even tried on and what I did try on, there's no issue! It's a scam to just get partial free money!

I was charged for a box of items I returned. The charge appeared nearly 6 weeks after I returned the box in the mail. I have little control over what happens after I drop this off and am frustrated that it either takes that long to see a return credited or for your warehouse to inventory things that are sent back. I like the items but I don't want to continue to have costs accrued for things that I definitely did not keep.

You wait forever for the return + they charge you $ 5.95 restocking fee for EACH item that you are returning in the same box. Items of mediocre quality I will not shop there again.

Love this company always a pleasure to order from.
My order arrived almost two weeks late although I paid for expedited shipping. That fee should have been automatically credited back to my account once Adore Me notified me that the order would be late. Instead, I had to contact customer service multiple times and request the refund. Before my order arrived, I was notified that items that I purchased were no longer in stock. I was given a credit instead of being offered a refund. Both options should have been made available to me. Product selection is extremely limited. Most of the items I want are always out of stock.

Well I had to send product back about four times to get the right size. I first measured using their guides and I end up getting panties big enough for a sumo wrestler. I sent it back and adjusted the bra size and panties too. Each time making adjustments but each time getting bras that didn't fit. The 3rd time I went to go send product back I really just wanted to return it but then I realized you guys charge six dollars to return each item - what a load of crap. In the end I ended up ordering another set which fit okay so I will keep but I won't be ordering again.

I love adore me bra and panty sets they fit perfect and true to size and they are beautiful and the quality is great. Lasts for years. I still have my first sets and wear them frequently.
Adore me has poor shipping and options of clothing. I feel they ship the slowest and least expensive. And the $20 fee we pay for you to put together a box for us is sad. My box has the same outfit just different colors. Need new styles.

Love it. Every month has something new and exciting
I enjoy receiving my box every month and being able to send back what I choose not to keep. I love the different styles and colors that are chosen for me.
I'm so happy that there are options now for people like me. I ordered a swimsuit and I LOVE IT.
Bras fit perfectly and panties also. Yoga pants are true to size. Any items I don't like I can return easily in the pre paid box that they arrived in.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
